Bandai had a rather unusual reveal for us at the Tokyo Toy Show with a line of various Ultraman characters that transform into containers of cup ramen.
At the moment, we don’t know when this bizarre toy line will be released but at the very least we know they’ll cost a rather affordable 850 yen a piece.
At the same time, Bandai’s youtube channel posted a teaser for the Ultra Noodle Series which you can view in the box below:

There's also a pretty cool teaser video for the series they just posted:

I want them.
When I clicked on this thread, something inside me was hoping that this would be just some strange cross promotion, like some random noodle company selling boxes with, like, Ultraman plastered all over them.
However, I quickly realized that Japan does this all the time, why would the forum report on something like that now? And then it hit me that I had no idea what the hell to expect.
Then the page loaded...I wasn't disappointed, at least.
I need these. I love that Japan makes merchandise for my random ridiculous needs.
Wake me when Pocky Warriors becomes a thing.
They're adorable
but why Bandai? Ultra Noodle sounded like a badass cuisine though
What's next, Canned Riders?
