Two interesting releases announced by Shout! Factory this week-
*First up, Power Rangers Dino Thunder will be receiving a Complete Series DVD Release! This 5-disc set containing all 38 episodes (including the special tribute Legacy Of Power celebrating 500 episodes of the Power Rangers series) will be released on October 18, 2016 for the very modest price of $19.98 USD.
*Next, Shout! has announced a special rerelease of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Complete Series! This will be similar to the hardcover set released by Shout! back in 2012, in updated (and sadly at time of writing, unrevealed) packaging. This 19-disc set will also be released on October 18, 2016!

IN addition, Shout! will be rereleasing MMPR: The Complete Series on that date in new (unrevealed) packaging.
Hmm? A new MMPR Set? Ok i hope e'll have some new special features or somthing.
I have the MMPR DVDs, in individual sets, and that's 16 discs (Season 1 Vol. 1 & 2, Season 2 Vol. 1 & 2, and Season 3, all but season three have three discs per volume, 3 having 4). So I'm really curious if they just space it differently to 19 discs, or if they included Alien Rangers (which I don't own) and have a couple special features discs.
Well, I'm excited for this box set. Dino Thunder is my favorite season, and it's at an affordable price, so I'm probably going to pick it up this October.
Would be kinda nice to get the original series on DVD afterall...never did get the original run of it.
Wow, really? Wouldn't this be the 3rd time they've released MMPR on DVD?
Amazon has the MMPR Set for pre order at $79.97.
It sucks that Mighty Morphin through RPM doesn't get to be on Blu-ray, but Samurai through today gets to.
