The Power Rangers Movie is getting a sequel – kind of! Announced today via IGN, BOOM! Studios will be releasing a tie-in comic sequel to the upcoming movie in March. The title of the book, “Aftershocks“, will follow the adventures of Jason, Billy, Zack, Trini, and Kimberly after the events of the movie. The comic is written by Ryan Parrott and the artwork is by Lucas Werneck.
Power Rangers Aftershock will release March 29th, 2017 for $14.99 and is 96 pages in length. Check out both the Movie and Illustrated covers by clicking the title of the story. Join in the discussion by clicking the “Discuss on TokuNation forums” link!

Amusing title.
"Will you buy the comic after the shock you suffer from watching the movie?"

I like this idea and the BOOM comics have been amazing for the classic canon this will be interesting to say the least

Sounds interesting. I really appreciate that it's a single release instead of a miniseries, and so far it doesn't look like any titles on my list have issues coming out that week, so I might pick this up.

Given it will be a single giant-sized issue and with the work being done by BOOM comics on the other series this one certainly seems like a worthy pick-up.
