Surprisingly revealed only a few days ago, we now have full official images & info for the upcoming S.H. Figuarts Ambassador Hell! In an update to our previous post about the figure, Ambassador Hell will actually be a Tamashii Web Exclusive as well. In the original image making the rounds the Tamashii Web Shop logo was not present so many assumed it would be a retail release. It is however now confirmed he will be an exclusive.
Ambassador Hell will be released in April 2018 for 6480 yen. Be sure to check with your preferred middleman or service in the near future to arrange an order for this release!

No, that one certainly wasn't shown off before, we saw an Ambassador Hell figure, yes, but it was his Kaijin form known as "Garagaranda".
This one is brand-new, and exactly what I wanted! They finally start to put that face printing method of theirs to good use in the Kamen Rider series, that's awesome!

Showa stuff usually does nothing for me, but this one's a little tempting. I'm not sure why. Did a version of this guy appear in the Taisen movies, maybe?

Still waiting for a new V3...
Kiwami says
They'll do some Shocker guys now, then the easy Rider 2 repaint, and right after they make the transition to V3 hopefully.
They should at least, the Showa Riders are almost all in dire need of upgrades IMO, might as well do them in chronological order.

Ugh! There's so much coming out that I want. x.x

Although yeah, some of them actually do need improvements. I mean I'm happy with most of them, the biggest improvements would largely be in proportions and detail. More wrinkles in the clothing, creases in the rubber; especially on Stronger. Black and RX I know both suffer from articulation hindrance. Ironically Black has full motion in the arms yet limited leg movement, while RX has fluid legs but no bicep joint.
But part of me does wonder if they intend to do that for everything, since there's clearly going to be some major compatibility issues if they don't. At the same time I really cannot see them doing SS for the likes of Riderman and Tackle, and certainly not Shin. At the very least they'd be web-ex out the ass and that's really off putting. Then you've got things like Shadow Moon, Bio Rider and Robo Rider... But they might ignore them like W's forms. I mean I guess if nothing else they've got plenty to keep busy. Out of curiosity, have we had any shinkouchuu seiho that don't function with legacy items?
Kiwami says
They'll do everyone at some point, even Riderman and Tackle. Exclusive or not, we'll see
What are "legacy items" though? Never heard that one in relation with Figuarts before.

I'm using it as a generic term for older releases. The HardBoilder might be one example, since I know they released a whole new mold- though that was mainly in relation to the original being inaccurate rather than to fit the new W. As far as I know, anyway.
I want to know if there's ever been a Seihou Kamen Rider incompatible with an original product due to the proportional change. It's one of the things I've been wondering with Ichigo, if the chances are good he'll fit the currently available Cyclone, or will Bandai have to make a new one of them as well?

He looks great, he was my favorite Shocker general
