For those wondering what that little text says, from yours truly:
"An enigmatic warrior who stole the Phoenix Full Bottle and Robot Full Bottle from Build. Seems to be the Kamen Rider of Hokuto...Grease's objective and identity is yet unknown but will be most likely be told as the TV show goes on."
The Grease'a helmet design really similar to Ghost Mugen Damashii's helmet.
