As Super Sentai fans are well aware, Bandai Japan does not make a habit of releasing anything other than vinyl figures for the Super Sentai heroes. However, that trend looks to be changing. Uchu Sentai Kyuranger saw the release of Yu-Do candy toys – articulated figures that, well, you put stickers on. That is continuing with Patranger vs Lupinranger. Thanks to Bandai Candy we have our first look at the Yu-Do Patranger vs Lupinranger Candy Toy Figures!
All three Patrangers and all three Lupinrangers will be released as well as a number of accessories for them (including swappable hands!). A number of changes from the Kyuranger version also look to increase the stability and overall look of the figures. Those arm joints are a nice throwback to the 80s sentai action figures. Looking good looking good.
I was gonna say "eh want Figuarts" but then I remembered BoJ stopped that for Sentai. Might pick em up
I do hope these will be more sturdy than the Kyuranger ones. The shoulder joints of Houou Soldier just cracked and while it's still possible to pose the arm, it feels so loose.
These look really cool! Too bad they're not Figuarts. Still very bitter about Figuarts total abandonment of Sentai. Maybe I'll have a crack at some figures from this series if it is adapted for the American audience - who apparently requires its men to be beefcakes and women busty. Stay classy, Bandai of America.

Maybe I'm being dumb, but- is this the first time we've actually seen the bigger plan/car shared vehicle combined with the gun? I know it had been mentioned as a feature, but don't recall seeing that shown off in the toy catalogs.
Regardless, these do look pretty nice (though I'll definitely not bother getting them, however much fun Lupin's suits are)
Fully agree with goldblade about BoA's sculpts being garbage at best, sexist garbage at worst. And they wonder why girl figures don't sell... *rolls eyes*

Full teams from the start?! Much better than Kyuranger ones already. Haha. Wondering if I should pre-order a case or just wait to find them individually.
