The month of July cannot get here quick enough for some of us Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger fans. Tamashii Nations recently revealed the release information for the upcoming Soul of Chogokin Dragon Caesar (July 2018 for 17,280 yen). For fans of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Dragon Caesar is the Japanese name for the Dragonzord. This beautiful collectable is able to combine with the previously released Soul of Chogokin Daizyujin (Mighty Morpin Power Rangers’ Megazord). Does this mean in 2019 we’ll see God King Brachion (Titanus)? Only time will tell.
The Soul of Chogokin page for SOC Daizyujin has been updated with all the information for Dragon Caesar, including design schematics. It is quite a marvel to see how this thing was designed. The drill staff still has the dumb handle on the back. If any version of this should be able to hold it properly, it's this one.
Well, I already own the Soul of Chogokin Megazord so it looks like I'm getting this as well.
It could still use more accessories though... not having alternate missile fingertips was a bit of a missed opportunity.
Overall I think that this presentation is a lot better than the Bandai America Legacy Dragonzord even the the legacy Dragonzord is a pretty great toy.
I have a feeling that once this is released, a SOC Titanus won't be far behind...

Looks fantastic, I need it. I am disappointed that the whole tail is used for the drill like the Legacy Dragonzord. I was hoping it would only be the top 3 parts of the tail.
I am happy that this'll be less than $200, though. I'll be pre-ordering this at full price.
I know it's just a single picture, but I wonder if the tail & chest piece can attach to the legs in Zyutei Daizyujin mode for toy accuracy...
I don't even own the SOC Megazord yet I need to get my hands on this. This thing is absolutely gorgeous.
Looks fantastic. Unless the import fees are outrageous, I can definitely persuade myself that I can afford this.
I figure it will be like SOC Megazord and have a similar presentation in the states.
I'm interested in the balance. If this thing tips over by look at it or scratches the paint of the megazord, it's a no sell.
If it doesn't, I might sell my Legacy Dragonzord(already have B/G).
