Fans of the Legacy Power Rangers toys are well aware of the massive restock coming this winter to online retailers of all the older Legacy roleplay items and Megazords. Today, GameStop has added even more upcoming items to their systems for older Legacy Power Rangers figures including the yet-to-be-released Legacy Psycho Black and Legacy Dino Thunder Yellow figures.
You’re looking at a restock of all seven Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures, all five Metallic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures, all five Dino Thunder figures, and all five In Space figures.
Nick Hurst posted in the Facebook Group “The Ranger Store” pictures of the GameStop computer systems showing all the upcoming listings. The new figures are listed below. They are not labeled as exclusives so the chance they end up at other retailers is there. The figures and their item numbers are below.
- Legacy Psycho Black – 177084
- Legacy Dino Thunder Yellow – 177096
The remainder of the new listings of older figures with their items is below.

There is currently no ETA on when these will be released but our assumption is sometime this winter if not very early in 2019. It is important to note that just because these items are listed in the system does NOT mean that they will be releasing, only that the manufacturer has solicited the items to retailers in preparation to begin taking orders for fulfillment.
With no listing for Psycho Pink or Psycho Yellow, the fears that those figures never made it past the early prototype stage before Bandai America pulled the plug are beginning to rise. Our fingers are crossed that they show up eventually, sometime, in someone’s system. But with the clock ticking until Hasbro’s official release date of product, the chances are growing slimmer.
Special thanks to @liladam87 for helping compile all the information!

The last two psycho rangers may end up as an exclusive somewhere. Possibly walgreens or a Walmart 2-pack maybe. Hopefully at least. All of them are supposed to get released before the full changeover to Hasbro products. How is another matter entirely.
Especially with how BOA has turned so much to anti-female figures as of late. Though the push to get full teams out and the metallic of original team is a good sign.

They probably have old inventory and want to get their moneys worth of the molds as they won't be using them anymore.
The Psycho girls will probably be a final wave or get the Zeo girl treatment.
I expect ebay prices and such to nosedive if this inventory is stocked.
If it's a new production run, people have been wondered if MMPR Black/Blue/Pink will get proper belts. I wonder if Red/Green will get Blue/Blacks arm articulation. Would Blue/Black get the articulation we saw in later figures?
If it ends up being grey belts then it's all just old inventory.
I notice a complete lack of NinjaStorm.

I don't think Psycho Yellow and Pink should have any problem. Unlike other Ranger teams, they have absolutely no differences in shape and build from their male counterparts and you could have a very easy time just pretending Yellow is a guy. Even with BoA's weird girl problem, these surely should not have any troubles being released.
Neoblackdragon says
Of course Bandai could have made the regular female figures more interchangeable with their male counterparts.
I do think they could totally get away with it. At most just switch out the waist but leave the legs, torso, and arms alone.

It should be noted ... there are no "magical warehouses" of "leftover product". This is a move by Bandai America to get the most out of the mold plates they produced (those are expensive) before they're unable to utilize them anymore. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they're literally offering these at pennies to the dollar for retailers to buy them up for holiday stock.
That's our win in the end. I can finally get my Saba and more Green Rangers lol.
