Several new images have been released online detailing the next wave of the Power Rangers Lightning Collection!
The eighth wave of the Lightning Collection contains the following figures:
Based on previous retail listings, this wave is expected to hit shelves in Spring 2021.

Online retailer ToyWiz has put up some early listings for the next wave of the fan-favorite Power Rangers Lightning Collection action figure series!

No images of the wave have been released at time of writing. If the details are correct, we can expect to see these new Lightning Collection figures on shelves beginning in Spring 2021!

Fans of the Legacy Power Rangers toys are well aware of the massive restock coming this winter to online retailers of all the older Legacy roleplay items and Megazords. Today, GameStop has added even more upcoming items to their systems for older Legacy Power Rangers figures including the yet-to-be-released Legacy Psycho Black and Legacy Dino Thunder Yellow figures.
You’re looking at a restock of all seven Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures, all five Metallic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers figures, all five Dino Thunder figures, and all five In Space figures.
Nick Hurst posted in the Facebook Group “The Ranger Store” pictures of the GameStop computer systems showing all the upcoming listings. The new figures are listed below. They are not labeled as exclusives so the chance they end up at other retailers is there. The figures and their item numbers are below.

There is currently no ETA on when these will be released but our assumption is sometime this winter if not very early in 2019. It is important to note that just because these items are listed in the system does NOT mean that they will be releasing, only that the manufacturer has solicited the items to retailers in preparation to begin taking orders for fulfillment.
With no listing for Psycho Pink or Psycho Yellow, the fears that those figures never made it past the early prototype stage before Bandai America pulled the plug are beginning to rise. Our fingers are crossed that they show up eventually, sometime, in someone’s system. But with the clock ticking until Hasbro’s official release date of product, the chances are growing slimmer.

The next series of Legacy Power Rangers 6.5″ Figures have been spotted and purchased at a Wal-Mart in California. Dino Thunder Red Ranger, Dino Thunder Blue Ranger, Zeo Green Ranger, and Zeo Gold Ranger were spotted and purchased which has given a sigh of relief to collectors who thought the metallic wave of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Legacy figures had pushed back the release of these highly anticipated figures.
Sadly, there’s been a large fan backlash against Bandai America for the quality of this wave of figures. If you look closely at the pictures, you will see a majority of the “gold” pieces, including the entire armor of the Zeo Gold Ranger, have been unpainted and instead are the flat, matte gold which looks more orange than gold. The same plastic can be seen as the holster for the Dino Thunder figures as well as the Build a Megazord pieces of the Zeo Megazord.
We reached out to Saban Brands for a comment but they have not responded at the time of this article. We will keep you updated with any info that comes across.
Thanks to sieunhanvietnam, a poster at RangerBoard, we have some new items listed under the Legacy Power Rangers line. The online store The Falcon’s Hangar has put up some already-known and yet-to-be-revealed new Legacy Power Rangers items listed online. Check out the list below.
There are no official product images for these items so there’s not much to show. It has been rumored heavily that the Power Rangers Dino Thunder figures would be part of the Power Rangers Zeo wave of Legacy 6.5″ figures and this is as close to a confirmation as we will get before Toy Fair 2017. In case you missed it – more guests were added to this year’s Official Power Morphicon convention! Most notably is the first Power Morphicon appearance of Deborah Phillips better known as Katie the Time Force Yellow Ranger. Power Morphicon runs August 12th-14th 2016 in Pasadena, California. This is the week of convention announcements, and they’re all awesome! For fans up north in Toronto will be pleased to hear that Unplugged Expo has just announced another guest – Jeff Parazzo, better known as Trent the White Ranger from Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He will join his fellow Dino Thunder cast mate Kevin Duhaney (Ethan, Blue Ranger of Power Rangers Dino Thunder) as well as the legendary Johnny Yong Bosch, known for his roles as the Black Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as well as the Green Rangers in Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Turbo.

To all you Power Rangers fans up north in Canada, specifically Toronto – great news! The folks of Unplugged Expo have dropped by to let us know that they have officially announced that Kevin Duhaney, better known as Ethan James the Dino Thunder Blue Ranger will be attending as a special guest at this year’s show! He is joining their Power Rangers line-up with Johnny Yong Bosch (Adam the Mighty Morphin Black Ranger, Zeo Green Ranger, and Turbo Green Ranger).
The Unplugged Expo takes place on September 27th and 28th at the Chestnut Conference Centre in downtown Toronto. Check out Kevin Duhaney‘s announcement video below!
But they’re not done yet! They have one more Power Rangers guest to announce in the near future! On the Dino Charge side of things we have our very first look at the upcoming Dino Charge rangers 6-pack! But wait! That’s not a Gold Ranger in the 6th spot, but instead a villain. Astute fans of Kyoryuger will no doubt recognize this character as Dogold from the Deboss Army and understand why he’s been included in this set. His Power Rangers counterpart name has yet to be confirmed. Also included is the combined team weapon also yet to be named (Kentrospiker in Kyoryuger). And we also catch a glimpse of the Dino Charge Red Ranger mask from the Ranger Training set!
For Super Megaforce there’s actually quite a few new images to behold!
