Premium Bandai has revealed two new Ridewatch releases for the soon to be released Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer film!
First up, a 3-pack for the villains exclusive to the film! These are Ridewatches for Kamen Riders Barlckxs, Zoshinj, & Zamonas. Each of these characters is of course based on the unique riders who qualify as Heisei Kamen Riders, but aren’t generally counted towards the era. Each of their watches interacts with the previously released DX Ziku Driver. This set details for 4950 yen and will be released as P Bandai exclusive in December.
And to round out the movie watches, a brand new watch for Kamen Rider Zi-O will also be released. The Zi-O Oma Form watch will be actually be releasing a month earlier than the above 3-pack, in November. Based on Oma Zi-O, this movie exclusive power-up will give Sougo all the strength and abilities of the future overlord Oma Zi-O! This watch will be released in November as a P Bandai exclusive for 2220 yen.

I hope Sougo can combine Oma Zi-O Ridewatch power (used in right-hand slot) and Grand Zi-O Ridewatch power (used in left-hand slot) so he can access a new powerful form. Maybe this new powerful form will be used in final episode....
Maybe the new powerful form name is Grand Zi-O Oma Form.
Does anybody remember when collectible devices for villains WEREN'T P-Bandai exclusives? Those were the days...
The DX Dangerous Zombie Gashat and DX Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat also are released as normal DX releases

I know you're being sarcastic, but it's only since Build that this has been happening. And with the Great Cross-Z Dragon being such a weirdly timed item in show, it wasn't too weird for it to be PB. The RabbitDragon can was more odd, but I suppose, along with this, past movie exclusives just didn't sell well enough to justfy mass release.
Plus, in Japan, these would still be easy to get. It's just that Toei hates our foreign currencies.
