The North American anime/manga distribution group Media Blasters has put forth a few cryptic posts on social media regarding possible Kamen Rider releases.
In particular, Media Blasters is apparently suggesting they will be bringing over the legendary Kamen Rider cinematic ventures:
*Kamen Rider J
*Kamen Rider ZO
*Shin Kamen Rider
*Kamen Rider: The First
*Kamen Rider: The Next
Proper Western media releases for these films would be a welcome addition and a new sign of the growing worldwide popularity for the Kamen Rider franchise.
Keep in mind, no official release announcement has been made at time of writing- but according to Media Blasters we will see more details in 2022!

On the one hand it weird that somebody else is handling the release then Shout Factory but on the other hand Media Blaster is I believe region free and generally well regarded with quality releases.

I swear to God if this is a troll post, I will burn every Media Blasters disc I've ever bought.
This right here has been my holy grail of toku I've wanted to own. ZO is my favorite Rider movie of all time. I need it.

Consider me RIDICULOUSLY excited!! A quality region-free boxset of that trilogy is, like, an absolute dream for me. The fact it’s not SHOUT has me confused but hey, I’ll take it if it’s good!

Oh... oh this is interesting now.

Shout has no exclusivity over the franchise, otherwise Agito wouldn't be trapped on the hellhole that is TokuHD.

Man, 2022 is going to be one hell of a year for a lot of Kamen Riders fans out there.

The Neo Showa Trilogy is a welcome addition to my collection, as it's some of the best Tokusatsu films I've seen, not counting Kaiju Eiga.
The Frist and The Next, however... While I think The First is okay, and probably my favorite of the two, The Next, I'm afraid, I'm not too big a fan of.
But all in all, we're getting closer to more western releases for Rider, and I can't wait for when or if the Showa seasons get physical releases.
