And we’re officially at the halfway point of Let’s Watch Wednesdays @ Tokunation! This week marks the beginning of the end for Kamen Rider Blade and friends!
The Elephant Undead, Daichi, and the mysterious Shinma have arrived in town. Elephant has waited silently and watched his enemies destroy each other. Now that he’s risen to the top quietly he’s ready to destroy all riders. But Shinma has come all the way from Tibet bearing a gift from Karasuma. One with the power to stop the rampaging Elephant, the Rouze Absorber! Can Kenzaki wield the power of an Ace, Queen, & Jack?!
Remember that we want to give you FREE figures! Our big prize for this go around of LWW is S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Blade! And that’s not all, a secondary runner up prize will also be given out. All you have to do is participate in our weekly Blade discussion threads, with this weeks is posted right here![/URL]

I absolutely love episode 25. I love Black Fang's design. I love the Wolf Undead himself. I love the bike riding parts. I love the music. I love how some random biker ends up having to show the Riders how to avoid the attack coming from Black Fang. I also love how Hajime just drops the card onto Miyuki like she is not even worth the effort to throw the card. Can you tell this is one of my favorite episodes? :-D
Shima is also pretty awesome and it is interesting to know that not every Undead is indeed evil. On the other hand, I did feel the transformation into Jack Form was not as epic as it could be, as usually the first upgrade transformations in any rider series usually show off its sequence in high detail. I also have to admit, they look cool, but I've never been a big fan of the Jack forms and I'm not sure why. I feel it just throws off the dynamic of the costumes a little bit. BTW, I just realized this after so many years, but all of the Category Jacks have an eyeball in the center of their chest. OH, and I guess you could say Kenzaki is a jack of all spades. :-p
Anyway, nice to see more plot development in Shima wanting to stop the Spider Undead's control of Mutsuki, which brings an interesting flavor to it. Oh yeah, and you just gotta love the pointless elevator discussion between Hajime and Mutsuki. I'm not exactly sure how they got there from the restaurant, but it is still a cool sequence nonetheless.
Of course, now we have to wait until next week for the remainder of this little arc, which sucks, as I hate waiting, but hey, we are now more than halfway through the series!!!
Oh yeah, and shattered helmets rock!!
Powerman293 says
OMG!
That shattered Blade helmet showing Kenzaki inside at the beginning of 26 was awesome. Its not often we get to see Riders in suit with their helmets off.
When Shima showed up, I thought "Wait, there's TWO spiders?" But he was actually the category king. It seems Mutski's subplot is now going somewhere again.
Blade Jack was badass for its quick introduction, no need for buildup for 1 or 2 episodes. Just "Hey, you know what you fight for, so here's the thing the chief told me to give you anyway." I hope he can make more appearances even after Blade King shows up.
Goodbye Miyuki, you were a terrible female rider villain. Used your feminine characteristics to get close to someone and take advantage of them.

I didn't expect Black Fang to get destroy! Oh well!
I don't understand the elephant undead's motives. In previous eps, he was relax and didn't like fighting but claims to fight the last remaining Rider or Undead to become ruler. After he fought Blade and Garren and shattering Blade's helmet, he acted cocky like picking a fight with Hajime (though he did stop, not knowing his true abilities) and later calling out for the Kamen Riders for a fight.
Very sad to see Miyuki sealed! Just seconds before noticing Hajime, she might have trusted Kotaro.

Blade-Jack form is here!!!!! We get to find out what Hajime's true identity is in the next episodes, but I wonder when we'll see Blade-King form and Garren-Jack form?

Another good set of episodes. I found is amusing that random biker showed Kenzaki and Tachibana how to catch up to the Black Fang, but overall I liked the bike chase. Glad Hajime got rid of Miyuki/Orchid, she was a waste of a villian. I'd rather still have Capricorn around instead of her tenure. Also Kotaro getting on his case for sealing her was dumb. Elephant Undead getting off his butt to do stuff was cool(holy crap busted visor!), and it brought about the Jack Form for Blade. I never really thought much of Jack Form seeing it as toys and random crossover cameos, but it series use it was pretty good. Definitely liking Shinma, he's a cool and quirky dude who shows that not all Undead are innately evil. And he's also a Cateygory King Spider which is causing the Ace Spider to act up. Speaking of Leangle, I'm glad to see the Spider Undead isn't fully under control yet. Something about a Rider who is getting controled by his own power source for more than an episode or two really I really enjoy.
Can't wait for next week, because it looks like big things are going to go down with Hajime's identity.
