Pow-er Ran-gers Pow-er Ran-gers Pow-er Ran-gers!
In a world full of strife there is only one chance to take the right stance - and you can take yours along side the Power Rangers Dino Charge Para Zord, the personal zord of the Dino Charge Black Ranger! The Para Zord, which is short for Parasaurolophus, features articulated dinosaur arms and legs and features a battery-charged blaster that can be unlocked from his trail! Connect it to the Power Rangers Dino Charge Zord Builder utilizing the Zord Builder system and you've got a Megazord that's packing heat - Parasaurolophus (that's as fun to type as it is to say) heat!
As is the current gimmick in the new Power Rangers Dino Charge toy line, plugging the battery in to the mouth of the dinosaur will unlock a special play pattern. And, as we've seen with the Power Rangers Dino Charge Megazord zords, that means your dinosaur will attack his foes with his mouth open pretty wide when the battery is inserted - it does not close! But the fact that his "gun mode" looks so awesome will allow you to forget about the gaping mouth on the other side of the zord.
There's really not too much to this guy. Battery in, gun out. Battery out, it's still pretty neat. So let's just get to the pro's and con's!
THE GOOD!
THE BAD!
OVERALL
If you're collecting Power Rangers Dino Charge then this is a figure that should be an easy pick-up, I don't need to sell you on it. If you're not sure you want this, but say you REALLY want the Raptor Zord, grab the one you want first and determine if you think it's worth picking up the other. They're virtually the exact same toy minus paint apps, a couple pieces of molded plastic, and the gimmick (claws versus a gun). Honestly, the shoulder-mounted gun mode makes this figure just perfect for me.

It's quite awesome that we can access its gun mode right off the bat, rather than using Bragigas. Of course, the lowered stability might be a point in Bragigas's favor.

I have to say, I'm liking these DC Zords more and more.

Got this, plus the Raptor and Megazord. Parasagan is AWESOME.
But yeah, Zakutor takes the cake in sheer awesomeness. This one's a must just because well, it's an herbivore that can kill you dead with it's ass-gun.

What is it about Megazords/zords in black that just works so well?
Also, the fact that this one is deck-billed dinosaur with as it has been already mentioned..."ass-gun".

I'm liking that the Auxiliary Zords have a few more paint apps, which obviously I can understand why. Looks great and I can't wait to see the rest!

But when Ankydon, Bunpachy, and Ptreagordon come out they will be MINE!

I know using the shoulder port on DC Megazord is cool and all, but honestly I think I'll have more fun playing around with that Zord Builder port to make it an arm for other Megazords. I remember seeing a picture of the Q-Rex with Para and Raptor arms that looked pretty awesome.

I'm surprised that they painted the gun, I thought they would have left it black.
