It looks fun but what the hell is up with that music
I was seriously thinking about muting the video or closing the tab entirely, and that's the last thing you want to achieve with a trailer.

This sequel shouldn't even exist.

*sees John Boyega's partner in trailer*
Oh snap, Clint Eastwood's son is in this.

I saw the trailer when I saw Blade Runner 2049 and people behind me was like "This movie looks worst than the first one" and "The first one was crap and this one looks worst".
Kamen Rider Exilesays
Good:
-CGI and effects still look great (especially the kaiju)
-The Kaiju look different from the first one but still recognizable as "in-series"
-Evil Jaeger
-More lighter feel (could be good/bad depends)
-World Building seems to expand the lore
My concerns:
-Jaegers feel weightless, less mechanical (transformer-like)
-Red Jaeger with the sword, cool design, unnecessary swords IMO
-John Boyega's accent
-So sense of height, I feel the original put more low angle shots to get a sense of presence for the Jaeger's mass
-City feels too futuristic that it is not relatable as a "city feel" anymore
-Has the "Independence Day 2" feel, (alright movie, just felt too disconnected from the first film)

Your comment shouldn’t even exist, but here we are with you whining believing that a sequel to something shouldn’t exist just because YOU didn’t like it.

Sounds like you had two massive worthless idiots setting behind you, happens a lot at theaters.
First movie was wonderful, a true love letter to Kaiju/Giant Robot fans. Anyone who doesn’t at least get some fun out of these movies is a joyless asswhipe who never had a childhood.

I gotta agree on the first and third points, they're really my only complaints about what we've seen so far. I gotta ask what you mean about Boyega's accent though. He actually is British.
