First Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Magazine Scans Released Online!

We are drawing ever closer to the 45th Super Sentai series, Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger and a plethora of new images from this upcoming series have now been published online!

This gives us our best look yet at the abilities of the Zenkaiger team- specifically the unique Sentai Gears that power the Zenkaigers.

These Gears contain the powers of past Super Sentai and can be activated in combat for new skills- for example, ZenKaiser is seen using the Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger Sentai Gear to gain the wings of ZyuohEagle.

In addition, the new scans offer our first proper look at the villain group for this series- the Evil Dynasty Tojitendo, a sinister group out to eliminate all other realities from existence.

Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger begins on March 7 20201! Stay tuned to TokuNation for further details on this exciting new chapter in Super Sentai history!

    This mushroom fellow looks a lot more Megaranger than anything springs to mind from Kiramager.

    Not, of course, that I object to having a Megaranger theme, because I feel that show still stands as one of the best sentai shows ever. *turns and gives a thumbs up to Kobayashi*

    Takegami Junki wrote my favorite Sentai, Engine Sentai Go-Onger, so he gets my approval for sure! Toei should let him write more often.

    Anyway, some Sentai powers are shown here. Goggle V Gear gives Zenkaizer and Zyuran the equivalent of Goggle Pink's iconic Pink Ribbon as seen at the end of the trailer. Zyuohger Gear gives Zenkaizer the Yasei Kaihou flying ability of Zyuoh Eagle.

    Maybe they can be like Decade Violent Emotion and use multiple powers simultaneously, wouldn't that be cool?

    Kobayashi was a secondary writer on Megaranger, though, so your credit isn't completely wasted. I wanna say it was her first Sentai gig as well?

    Kobayashi being Megaranger’s secondary writer and being mistaken as its head writer is really funny to me, seeing as she always gets mistaken as Ryuki’s secondary writer, when she was its head writer, and Inoue was the secondary writer.

    It's weird because, no pun intended, Ryuki shares so much of its DNA with Amazons. I feel a bit bad because whilst I don't have anything against her, I wouldn't say that I'm always a fan of her shows, and Megaranger was like the one thing that I thought she was lead on that I really, really loved... and now I've had that rug pulled out from under me!

    When the Movie Trailer(s) released, someone said they saw a new form of the Black Cross Fuhrer/King, but I never could.

    The full list of images shows a design that is reminiscent enough to see that the Fuhrer/King will return.

    You misread my comment. I said there was A MONSTER THAT LOOKED Black-Cross themed, not that the Black Cross Fuhrer would return.
