Although the GARO franchise is only just getting back into the S.H. Figuarts game Tamashii Nations‘ franchise-specific Makai Kado line has been running strong for some time now, and among the latest selection of Tamashii web exclusive preorders is the return of an old favourite.

A brand new figure of the Silver Fanged Knight Zero, co-star of the original two GARO seasons and star of the recent ZERO: Black Blood miniseries, will be released in July priced 9504 yen. Not only does this new improved figure some with alternate hands and Zero’s signature Silver Wolf Swords, it also includes a pair of wings similar to those seen on Garo’s various powered-up forms.

    I saw this last night on a Japanese site. He will definettly be added to the Collection. So far I already have:

    I am awaiting, 10th anniversary Garo( KougaVersion), Makai Phantom Knight Crow, Makai Flash Knight Lord. They should arrive on Island this week.

    Zero has never had any wings/power-up forms (I believe). I think its a Makai Kado exclusive.

    It'll be in the new miniseries but it premiered in one of the Pachinko games.

    For me personally. They are the most attractive figures EVER!!! When I show people my figure collections. I always save the Makai Kado for last. People who aren't even into the series or anything Japanese always remark at how beautiful they look. This is by far, my favorite Brand of figure.

    Interesting. Good to know it'll actually get some screen time. Makes justifying the purchase easier. Both E&P Garo and Zero retired now. Only Dan left to represent the old days.

    My favorite line (visually) is SIC, but from my experience, non-toku fans are always drawn more towards my E&P and MK collection. The presence of Raigou plays a large part in that though I think.
