    One of two possibilities:

    A): Command Center (though a few have suggested that already)

    B): Rita Imprisoned (they got to release her without re-using the whole "Dumb astronauts in a shuttle on the "moon")

    B-2) Of course, if the Rangers are the ones who release her, then they basically have to spend the movie "cleaning-up the mess of the world they're inadvertently responsible for".
