Beetleborgs Metallix Heading to DVD

Since Shout! Factory has completed the first season of "Big Bad Beetleborgs" DVD releases, Amazon.com has opened orders for "Season 2, Volume 1"- better known under the subtitle "Metallix."

This new 3-disc volume will be released June 11th for a relatively affordable cost of 19.95

Season 2 was the better season.
I Hope Masked Rider. Mystic Knights. Tattooed Teenage Aline Fighters. Kamen Rider Dragon Knight. Are the next dvd sets to come.

So bought.

I still own my original VHS tape of this, but I am so buying the DVD.

good guys chase bad guys for astral sword in beetleborg metaxicc

Beetleborgs was a non-starter for me. Waiting for season 2,volume2 of VR Troopers and a release for Masked Rider if we're talking non-PR DVDs.

VR Troopers season 2 Vol 1 has been up for pre order on Amazon for like a month now with cover art. I allso hope for Masked Rider. But Season 2 of Big Bad Beetleborgs was a grate season. To bad it never got a 3rd season.

I think I would rather have Mystic Knights than S2 of BBB. The one original show Saban did and they can't even put it on netflix.

You'll note that I edited my post because I forgot the "Volume 2" bit.

Anyway nothing will convince me on Beetleborgs. The entire setup of the show is so far out of line with the Japanese footage that the whole thing falls apart for me.

Mystic Knights was waaaayyyyy better than both seasons of BBB.
