The original trio of the Talkin Toku Podcast are back together for the first time in a month! Join Kickback (Chris, @rankal), Den-O (Jordan, @DenO_Tokunation), and Sentai Tamashii (Tom, @SoulInkChu)) in their latest adventure of discussing all things tokusatsu! The last time the group was together was before events like NJCC and LexCon, and now that they're together, they spend some time remembering the conventions. Listen to Tom's story of how he missed purchasing a holy grail for his collection by a matter of minutes! Worth the wait.

I didn't include the gag intro that I wanted to (it's referenced later in the episode). It's not that I forgot, I just didn't want to extend the opening to the point it would have been at because the intro was pretty long. I will include it in an upcoming special "bloopers episode".

Great episode guys!

Yeah audio was a bit rough but it was still a good episode. Really enjoyed it.

It's funny but I've never once considered that General Schwartz was a corrupted/captured hero. They have not eluded to that in the least (yet). They did in Kyoryuger by showing Gold jump after Dogold. I don't think that's the story behind Schwartz but we shall see. You guys have been correct(ish) about pretty much everything so far.

Yeah the Schwarz thing literally popped into my head while we were recording. It may or may not hold up but for now it's the theory I'm going with. The way Build Dai Oh will transform leads me to believe it's design is influencing by the Shadow Line Robo too. Who knows.

I totally see you logic and it does make sense but I thought that the evil Schwartz Train-RobOH transformed more like Gigano Dragon from Dinozaurs. And then looking at the Build Trains I think one set will form the crotch and legs while the other set will form the arms and torso.

AND DEN-O WILL FORM THE HEAD!
