Time for a double dose of legendary train hero power-ups from Ressha Sentai ToQger! And it’s also time for TokuNation to test drive it’s newest segment, Toy Tuesdays! Each week on Tuesdays (most of them anyway) we plan to bring you a new toy gallery. This week it just so happens to be a pair of new figures but we’re going to be digging into a back log of rare & vintage toys as well as this segment progresses. So stay tuned!
The recently released DX Kyoryuger & Den-Liner Resshas are featured in the Heisei Rider Vs. Show Raider: Kamen Rider Taisen Featuring Super Sentai film. But each are of course based on heroes of the past! One from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, the other from the first train themed hero series, Kamen Rider Den-O! Each is based on the central mecha of their respective series albeit in a miniaturized form. Combining Kyorguer Ressha with ToQ Oh results in ToQ Oh Kyoryuzin but when you add Den-Liner to the mix you get ToQ Oh Kyoryuzin featuring Den-Liner!
Check out our 40 image gallery for this pair of new Resshas after the jump by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post.

All aboard for movie exclusive mecha! It's time another double gallery from Ressha Sentai ToQger.
Today we're doubling up with the Ressha EX DX Kyoryuger Ressha & DX Den-Liner Ressha! Both of these unique add-ons for DX ToQ Oh feature prominently in the recent film Heisei Rider Vs. Show Raider: Kamen Rider Taisen Featuring Super Sentai! Each of them is also based on a Legend Hero.
To start we have the Kyoryuger Ressha. At first glance it's obvious that this machine is clearly based on Gabutyra from Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Each of these Legend Sentai Resshas so far has been modeled after the main piece of the main mecha from each series. So Gabutyra was the logical choice here. Kyoryuger Ressha is a crisply painted figure with some nice new details added to the generic ressha body. Interestingly Bandai gave it;s mouth the ability to open ever so slightly, though it serves no real purpose.
This Ressha as with the Go-Busters one before it is a special 2-car vehicle. the 2nd "car" is merely a hiding spot for the combined mode head which is modeled after Kyoryuzin. Side by side this head with the real deal are a much closer match than the Go-Busters Ressha compared to Go-Buster Ace. Though due to the transformation they still don't have the natural feel the suits on film do.
When combined in place of Red Ressha, ToQ Oh Kyoryuzin is formed! Sadly this Ressha does include Kyoryuzin's sword the Goren Zyudenken. However you can borrow a Zyudenken from your DX Kyoryuzin to complete the look. It's a tight fit but DX ToQ Oh can hold the sword!
Den-Liner Ressha is next. If the name didn't give it away this Legend Rider Ressha is based on the Den-Liner vehicle from Kamen Rider Den-O! Easily the most intelligent merchandise induced crossover sentai has done, mixing two train themed heroes was a no brainer. Though Den-Liner Ressha comes off a bit simplistic.
Seeing as these parts are merely replacements for the lower legs of DX ToQ Oh there isn't much to say. Each car faithfully replicates the look of Den-Liner at this much smaller scale. I've attached an image of the DX (gold ver.) Den-Liner to compare it to the size of the original. There's quite the difference between them. When combined with just ToQ Oh you create ToQ Oh Den-Liner. But when used simultaneously with Kyoryuger Ressha, ToQ Oh Kyoryuzin featuring Den-Liner is formed! This form being a fun inversion of the title of the movie itself.
These new legs also happen to feature the same mounting clips that the standard Blue & Green Resshas do. So if you're in the mood to mix and match there are plenty of options. I messed around and came up with Cho ToQ Oh Kyoryuzin featuring Den-Liner. A mouthful but still fun to look at.

i kinda wish the den-o ressha would have been all 4 differnt den-liner's and i would have liked to see a zero-liner and king liner ressha as well

I know people are like he couldn't be the chest and head because there was no big mecha in Den-O, to which I respond "IMAGINATION!". But I still wish Denliner would've been something more impressive than the legs.

So I'll just say what we're all thinking:
Dinoboner.

Has less Den-O-ception than I was expecting. I was expecting a shot of the Den-O Ressha inside one of the DenLiner toys.

This is the wackiness that I love
