Revealed only a few weeks ago to the excitement of Juuko B-Fighter & Big Bad Beetleborgs fans alike, these two figures are one step closer to reality! S.H. Figuarts Blue Beet & S.H. Figuarts Black Beet of Juuko B-Fighter are officially on display at the Tamashii Nations Akiba Showroom!
Blue Beet is confirmed for a January 2014 release as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, priced at 4860 yen. Black Beet however we’re still unsure of. He was merely teased in the magazine scans which confirmed/revealed Blue Beet. But now that an actual physical sample is on disaplay, at the Akiba Showroom no less, we should be getting concrete details on this figures release very very soon.

As for fans hoping for a North American release of these figure via Bluefin, definitely make your voices heard. Bluefin Tamashii is aware that there could be demand for these toys with collectors. Let them know it! Tell them you want the Blue Stinger Beetleborg, tell them you want Shadowborg/General Venjix! Both look awesome. I haven’t watched B-Fighter except for a couple of episodes, but I will definitely buy both of them. I just love their look, and its also pretty funny that I remember Blue Beet from my childhood, I still have the vintage toy of him. It was most likely released under the "Big Bad Beetleborgs"-brand, but its still Blue Beet.
Seeing as how I'm now really into Tokusatsu and like all the FiguArts I brought so far, I will get these two too.
But yeah, badass villain, badass theme. It's a big cliché, but I still enjoy the evil clone/silbling thing if done right. And B-Fighter did it f***ing right.
I simply cannot wait. I've wanted these to happen for so long.
