S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Technic Gallery

Posted on September 26, 2015 at 11:57 am by Den-O under Kamen Rider

The master of machines has finally been released! A recent Tamashii Web Exclusive, it’s time for S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Technic!

Type Technic is Drive’s 3rd basic form after Speed & Wild. And as the ”master of machines” its probably fitting that Technic is articulated like one. He’s a bit on the stiff side with some very odd choices in design, but still manages to look pretty great. Luckily this is also counterbalanced with the inclusion of some great accessories like the Door Ju as well as hands for Type Speed to hold it, the Fire Braver Tire with Ladder Expander, as well as the Shift Car and belt parts necessary for this tire. Overall this package is still as impressive as previous releases in the Drive line.

We’ve attached a selection of images of S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Drive Type Technic to this post but you can check out a full gallery of over 60 images! That along with an in depth review of pros and cons for this figure can be found by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post. Next up we take a look at S.H. Figuarts Heart Roidmude!

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Proto-Drive & Dark Flame Effect Tamashii Nations 2015 Exclusives

Posted on September 23, 2015 at 11:27 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Circulated earlier today as rumors was a proposed list of event exclusives for the upcoming Tamashii Nations 2015 held October 30th through November 1st. Now thanks to a teaser image posted to the official event site we can now confirm the release of 2 exclusives for this event; S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Proto-Drive and the Burning Flame Effect Part!

Kamen Rider Proto-Drive is a slight retool and repaint of Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed and as such should be just as excellent a figure as that release. Accessories are currently unconfirmed at this time but it’s safe to assume Proto-Drive will include the same basic loadout as Type Speed. Proto-Drive will retail for 4500 yen at the event.

The other release for this event of interest to S.H. Figuarts collectors is the Burning Flame Dark Ver. Tamashii Effect! Perhaps the perfect companion to this years exclusive Proto-Drive (as well as the Shadow Trooper for non-toku fans) the Dark Flame will be made available at the event for 2500 yen.

Wolf Orphnoc rounds out the long wait list of Faiz figuarts that Bandai has shown off at various Tamashii event displays over the years. He’s also a little sparse on the accessory front though, including only 2 sets of hands but luckily his Violent Emotion legs from the Paradise Lost film as well!

S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO LaToraTah Combo Official Images

Posted on September 23, 2015 at 9:41 pm by Den-O under Kamen Rider

Well that was certainly a quick turn around! Just revealed this week and with an order page up, S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO LaToraTah Combo official images have just been released!

As with all of the OOO S.I.C.’s we’ve seen thus far this figure takes advantage of the more animalistic aesthetic of the toy line and amps it up to 11. S.I.C. LaToraTah includes a pair of massive tiger claws to replace his arms as well as a pair of cheetah legs. You can seriously turn this rider into one hell of a beast.

S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO LaToraTah will be released as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in March for 8100 yen!
