Whaddya think? All new molds for the zords or OG Bandai Japan molds? Hopefully the cheap non-screen accurate Bandai America zord builder zords never make a return.

HASBRO IN CHARGE OF P.R. TOYS! HASBRO IN CHARGE OF P.R. TOYS! HASBRO IN CHARGE OF P.R. TOYS!

Hasbro using molds of their competitor? Maybe in an alternate universe...

    Fair thee well, Zord-Builder!

P.S.: Tired of reading data! WANT IMAGES, HASBRO!!!

    Awesome!

Though this suggests that Blaze and Roxy are the Enter and Escape of beast morphers too. Blaze we know about, but now Escape it fills out the other side of.

Some licensed Bandai Japan toys isn't out of the question. Bandai Japan isn't zord builder, that's bandai america.

Bandai Japan and Hasbro have to learn to work cooperatively. Toys will occasionally be licensed to either side. That's actually a really old common practice in the toy industry of yesteryear. That's due to market structure. And because of that, Power Rangers itself is handled by different companies in different areas. Generating co-operative efforts to have material gain wider reach from either is a good business move that generates profits for both.

Bandai Japan isn't a competitor to Hasbro. Takara sort of is to Bandai Japan, but really they both build off of each other in other ways, and give nods back and forth. There's no bad blood between them really.

Bandai America on the other hand is a Hasbro competitor, but really even that's not much of a concern. Bandai America not having the toy rights means they can't handle the toys at all anymore. So Bandai Japan and Hasbro will be working together occasionally. Bandai America is essentially cut out of power rangers entirely. So the bandai america original stuff is more or less kaputt now.

While Bandai America and Bandai Japan are owned at the source by he same people essentially, because of how toy market rights work, that american "branch" of the company can't touch PR in any form, while the Japanese branch can contribute and in many ways use Hasbro to extend their reach if they work together on some concepts.

Which is probably for the best anyway. Bandai America wasn't exactly 'stellar', though Bandai Japan does some freaking phenomenal work.

With the complexities of the industry in mind, would Bandai America have a say in which Sentai is adapted at what time?

Normally, this would be a nonsensical question, but since ALMOST EVERYONE took the whole "Bandai-America-Has-Input-In-Kyuranger-Designs" to the Nth Degree across the Multiverse, it feels like a question that should be asked regardless of legitimacy. If BoA had a large enough say in Kyuranger, could they "moan and groan" enough to scare Hasbro and keep them from adapting "their designs"?
