A new list has recently been posted online apparently revealing the first wave of merchandise for the 44th Super Sentai series- Mashin Sentai Kirameiger!
While no images are yet available for any of the merchandise in question, the list does match rumors currently circulating for the new series.
Here is what we can gather about Kirameiger from the toy listings:
*The series will have 5 core Rangers- Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, & Pink.
*The main Mecha for the series will be Vehicles! This first quarter lineup consists of Mashin Roller, Mashin Lifton, Mashin Carry, Mashin Base & Mashin Armed! A secondary Mecha named King Express is also teased.
Based on the available information, this could very well be a “back to basics” sort of Sentai after several years of experimentation.
The full details of Mashin Sentai Kirameiger should be released very soon, so stay tuned to TokuNation as we keep you up to date on this new chapter in Super Sentai history!
The basics-
*Five-Ranger team; Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Pink.
*Vehicle Mechs- Dump truck, carrier (guessing aircraft carrier), tank, crane, road roller.
And suddenly Boukenger springs to mind. Huh.
So I guess they're... not magic or demons? Or they're just, like, the really cool variety of wizards that drive trucks
That's not very demonic at all.
I think you guys made a mistake, those are the names of the weapons not the mechas.
YES!!!! MY SPECULATIONS CAME TRUE! Those Japanese puns never let me down!

Magiranger/Mystic Force team-up or else!
As several of us pointed out when the title was originally discovered, the translation of 魔進 (mashin) as "demon summoning" or "demonic advancement" or whatever was never particularly well-grounded.
When 魔進 (mashin) is translated as "magical progress," or even just "magic," both of which are acceptable readings, the mashin/machine pun kind of screams in our face that the show is about mages who drive (i.e. "progress" as a verb) magic machines.
In retrospect, "magic cars" was probably something more of us should have anticipated from the beginning. Fandom was just so enamored by the idea of "demons" that we couldn't imagine anything outside that box.
Aw damn I was hoping for the female black rumour
I believe it's Mashin Rolland, not Mashin Roller, presumably "roll+land."
I think it's interesting to note as well that these are slated for early March, not February. So they're not shortening Ryusoulger, and the start date for Sentai toylines has now been moved a month forward. Was this maybe the real intention behind Sentai Strongest?
