ThreeZero Teases Upcoming 1/6th Scale Power Rangers Figures

Posted on December 9, 2020 at 8:36 pm by Chris under Power Rangers

Via the power of social media – specifically Twitter – ThreeZero has teased upcoming 1/6th scale Power Rangers figures as part of their FigZero collection.  There are no details to be shared at this time but feast your eyes on these figures.

Unlike other 1/6th scale figures that you may have seen of the Power Rangers this past year – these ARE officially licensed by Hasbro.

Stay tuned.

    Are these like RAHs, or?

In other words they saw how popular the Ace Toyz figures were so they decided to cash in. Not a bad thing, but not my thing, personally.

The helmets and neck could use a bit of rework, they look to long and the helmets look off. The suits look baggy and not as well defined as ACE TOYZ. But i understand why, given that Ace figures had suits that were too tight as well as too much padding around the joints for realistic proportions, restricting articulation a lot. Still, these suits could be a bit tighter, to lose most of the baggy look.

I hope their green ranger is good, otherwise ill stick with ACE.

Though, considering its official and threezero, it will probably cost waaaaay more than Ace. Hard pass unless the accessories are plentiful and worth it.

How are these better than Ace Toyz? Are they? These seem repetitive and the helmet definitely look off. I'd take Ace Toyz over these. So, these are "official"? That means nothing.

Exactly, for a company like threezero, they should've released a product better than third party. But this looks like rubbish, just with threezeros stamp on it. The necks are too long, helmets weird, and suits just plain baggy. All culminating into a probably ludicrously overpriced, unappealing package.

Its funny that once again 3p beats Hasbro, albeit, now on something besides transformers.

Don't be so sure about that. Their 1/6 G.I. Joe Snake Eyes, also a licensed figure from Hasbro, is $144,99 on BBTS. For a fully clothed figure of that size that's a good deal.

Based on a local shop of mine that offers both, Snake Eyes is cheaper than an Ace Toyz Ranger.

And considering Power Rangers are simpler in design and they need to sell 6 of these they might even price them more aggressively to compete.

Personally I like ThreeZero, haven't bought a 1/6 scale figure from them, but they make some high quality stuff. Their DLX and Robo Dou diecast robot figures are amazing. A Megazord from them would be killer.

Contrary to my remarks, i have a few of their pieces and they are quite good. Very good actually. But if they were to delve into power rangers, i hoped theyd do better or as good as ace toys. The helmets looks off, and suits too loose as well as the proportions being off on black. I have ace toyz set as well, its heavily restricted because of how tight the suit is and how much padding they added near the joints, but they look nice on a shelf. I wish threezeros offerings had better helmets, and the suits were a little tighter or stretchy, so as to not look so baggy.

I think pink looks pretty off, but other than that, these look great. I click never afford them, but they look great

Well, they are $99.99 single or $549.99 combined on BBTS.
