As is usual these rumors come from the reliable dukemon22, currently posted up over at Rangerboard.com. We can’t yet confirm the validity of this info at this time so take this information as rumor, but this sound very very promising.
DX LionHaOh (9800 yen): A large castle type mecha with a Lion motif piloted by Akaninger Chouzetsu (see below for that one). When Shurikenjin & Bison King combine with it Shurikenjin indeed sits in the throne like the Otomonin! Combined form is named HaOh Shurikenjin.
Shoubu Chozetsu Changer (Battle Transcendance Changer): Allows Akaninger to become Akaninger Chouzetsu. A fully armored soldier form with castle like features as well. Aoninger & Kininger can also access this form. The changer is wrist worn & apparently includes a Lion type Shuriken and another with the kanji for “Shoubu” on it. The Changer can combine with the Ichibantou to form the Ichiban Shoubu Gatana.
Otomin Series EX DinoMaru (3800 yen): And orange Dinosaur type remold of Paonmaru with a drill for a tail. Exclusive to the Ninninger summer movie, it combines to form Dino Shurikenjin.

DX LionHaOh:
Price- 9,800 yen
Description- A castle type mecha, that is piloted by Akaninger Chouzetsu (Transcendance).
It's coloring is Red, Black, and Gold. It also has a lion motif,
but the feeling is very much a Japanese fortress.
Shurikenjin, BisonKing and LionHaOh can all combine
to form HaOh Shurikenjin. Shurikenjin "pilots" the combination, in a larger
control seat, as if it were one of the Otomin. Bison King becomes
mostly weaponry for the combination.
Shoubu Chozetsu Changer (Battle Transcendance Changer):
A brace-type henshin device that allows the Ninninger to power-up
into their Transcendance forms.
There seems to be a Lion-type Shuriken included with the changer,
as well as one that has the kanji for "Shoubu."
The brace can combine with the Ichibangatana, forming the "Ichiban Shoubu Gatana."
(The kanji on the brace seems to line up with the kanji on the sword to spell this out.)
Akaninger Chozetsu- Full body is covered in armor, like a soldier. It has a castle-feel
to its' design. Resembles RedSaruder from Kakuranger a bit. Both Blue and Yellow are
confirmed to be able to transform into this form as well.

Otomin Series EX DinoMaru:
Price- 3,800 yen
Description- An orange, Tyrannosaurus-type Otomin, with a drill tail.
This is the movie mecha, and appears to be a remold of PaonMaru.
Combines with Shurikenjin to form DinoShurikenjin. The Tyranno head
forms the chest, the head has goggles and teeth markings, and the drill-tail
becomes a Spear.
A castle?!
DOES make sense; we were told that Ninningers' mecha series would contain every previous gimmick and a transforming building/carrier is something they haven't used yet but has been done before...
But if this is only the 3rd quarter, what could they be saving for the very end?!
The castle, if true, sounds good. I just hope White and Pink can transform into that armoured form as well
Shurikenjin "rides" or "pilots" the SamuraiHaO...HaOh Shurikenjin! Very Gurren Lagann. Also, what is it with Dinosaurs as a movie mecha? This also echos Shinkenger! Most of this sounds like it would fit well with PR in the future. It also validates (on some level) any of the complaints people have had over Mighty Morphin' Season 3 with Dinosaur-themed suits operating Ninja-themed mecha!
Small question: As this seems like the final stuff, what Mechs have debuted in Q3 before?
I told you guys Shurikenjin would pilot something. That peg on his back, the way he can get into a sitting pose. It all fits!
Last year, the toy scans only showed Hyper ToQ-1, and we did get a Hyper form for each member (kagura and Mio had to share theirs, but still) so it IS possible Fuuka and Kasumi (And maybe even Kinji) might get one later on.
