John Boyega Casted as Lead Role in Pacific Rim 2

Good news if your a fan of Pacific Rim, it seems that the fourth coming sequel  isn’t dead as previously reported earlier this year

News broke out that John Boyega was just recently casted to play the lead role in this forthcoming sequel, the film is set to begin production fourth quarter 2016 according to deadline.com.

John Boyega is perhaps best known for his portrayal as the character Finn from Star Wars: The Force Awakens though much of his character’s role and backstory are currently unknown.

    I have little interest in a film series if the the characters change all the time.

    As for Finn he was the least interesting of the new characters. Hell after twenty minutes I was wishing his character would be killed.

    Depending on how young Stacker's son was during the first movie, this one could take place like a decade or more later. Perhaps Raleigh retired because Jaeger pilots became less essential after the Kaiju invasion was stopped.

    Well I like him a lot more than whoever was in the first movie as the lead. So that might make me go see the second one.
