After yesterday’s official confirmation of release, Bandai has release full official images & release info for 2 versions of this upcoming release. S.H. Figuarts Super-1 & V-Machine set and the single release S.H. Figuarts V-Machine!
Both of these releases are slated for release in April 2017, as Tamashii Web Exclusives. The 2-pack of Super-1 & V-Machine features a re-release of the Super-1 figuart that appears mostly unchanged from it’s original single release. The single pack version of the V-Machine is fairly bare bones and only includes the usual wheel base pedestal.
The Super-1/V-Machine 2 pack retails for 11,664 yen while the single V-Machine will retail for 7560 yen.

V Machine looks really cool. Hardboiler was expected to go with W-renewal, but nice to see nonetheless

Niiiiiiice! The V-Machine looks freaking gorgeous. I will definitely have to have that sucker. I wonder if the Hardboilder is simply a reissue. I kind of hope it is, I have a couple of add-ons that need bikes.

Looks like the old Hardboiler to me, and if it is it’s really weird that they release it through the Web-Shop instead of straight up reissuing it. Because with how well Double is doing pre-order wise a second run is to be expected, and it would fit well to re-release the Hardboiler then to have both the bike and the Rider in stores at the same time which is a strategy Tamashii seems to prefer based on past releases.
Even if it is an upsized and slightly tooled mold it’s still weird that this is a Web-Exclusive only. Normally popular main Rider bikes are sold at retail, but maybe they don’t want to have two versions out there. Which is kinda silly considering Shinkocchou Seihou figures are very much second versions already. Huh.
Anyways, as for the releases themselves: I couldn’t care less about bikes so none of these are of interest to me.

*sigh*
If it's a new mold appropriate to the new figure, I may have to break my general "no Rider machines" rule and pick up the Hardboilder. If it's scaled up, though, it's unlikely to be compatible with the previously-released optional back-parts. The Hardboilder may be my favorite Rider machine so far. (Well, other than the Ride Chaser.)

This is pretty neat.
Unfortunately, I don't have any interest beyond a chance at getting the renewal Double figure.
Thessair says
I wonder, if the Hardboilder sells well, if they will reissue more bikes in the future as SS figures are released.
SPLIT LIP says
Wait, did I actually for real miss a Double renewal announcement?
