Toei’s YouTube channel has uploaded a new trailer for the upcoming Kamen Rider Gaim Gaiden direct-to-video feature, starring Kamen Rider Duke and Kamen Rider Knuckle!
This video gives us some quick shots of several returning Gaim veterans, along with some surprising new villains!
Gaim Gaiden: Duke & Knuckle will be released on Blu-Ray & DVD on November 11, 2015.

A few more magazine scans have surfaced online, showing an early teamup between Kamen Rider Drive and Kamen Rider Ghost!
Kamen Rider Drive’s story will apparently conclude in Episode 47, but the final episode (title unknown at time of writing) will feature Shinnosuke finding a strange new device-the Newton Eyecon!
Locating the Eyecon brings Drive to Ghosts’ attention, while triggering a battle between the Ganma and the last surviving Roimudes.

Last week Bandai was kind enough to give us a taste of what was to come for S.H. Figuarts Fire, the leader of the Metal Hero team Tokkei Winspector. And today they’ve finally seen fit to release a full selection of official images for this upcoming figure!
As speculated and confirmed by this images Fire includes his Maxcalibur arm blade as well as his Daytric M2 handgun in both pistol form & baton/holster form, as well as 3 sets of hands and features a movable visor! This figure is currently set to be the first Metal hero figuart ever released at normal retail, rather than being a Web Exclusive.
S.H. Figuarts Fire will retail for 6480 yen and will be released in January. Expect pre-orders for this figure to hit major online retailers September 1st!
A plethora of new images for the upcoming Kamen Rider Ghost have surfaced online, giving us several new details about this exciting series!
*First and foremost, we get a good look at Ghosts’ henshin sequence! It seems that Ghosts’ base body is essentially a blank slate and the alternate clothing mantles are ACTUAL ghosts that this Rider will wear during fights.
*Upon receiving his powers, Ghost gets a sidekick- a miniature white phantasm known as Yurusen that will teach Takeru about his new abilities.
*We also have some clear images of Kamen Rider Ghosts’ vehicle- the Machine Ghostriker!
*Last but certainly not least, we have our first good look at the Ganma monsters! It seems these creatures can take on mantles similar to Ghost and evolve beyond a basic foot-soldier configuration to a new stage known as Ganma Commando. The first three Commandos revealed in these scans are the Katana Ganma, the Yari Ganma and the Denki Ganma.

A new round of magazine scans has surfaced online, giving us some insight into the further adventures of the 39th Super Sentai Series!
*First up, we finally get to see StarNinger Chozetzu! Kinji will get a chance to use the super-armor & avenge his family!
*Two new Ninjas will be appearing in the future: Kikyo, a potential love interest for Takaharu, and her Master Iseki Rock– played by Ryoma Baba aka Blue Buster!
*The scans also depict Kyuemon breaking away from the Kibaoni and developing a secondary army!
A major element of Kyuemon’s backstory is revealed (or at least, hinted at) through these scans. We will keep spoilers off the front page out of respect for fans who wish to experience the story firsthand, but feel free to join in our Discussion Thread for these new scans if you wish to learn the whole story!
The Garo Project blog has updated with a near-complete production team for recently-announced second anime season, The Crimson Moon.
This season will be directed by Atsushi Wakabayashi a veteran of several prominent anime projects including Bleach, Naruto and Yu-Yu Hakusho.
The main story editor for Crimson Moon is Sho Aikawa whose resume includes Kamen Rider Blade and GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
Finally, six writers have been announced for this season-
*Takao Yoshioka (of Queen’s Blade)
*Seishi Minakami (of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
*Masaki Wachi (of Kingdom)
*Shinichi Inotsume (of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)

*Toshiki Inoue (of Kamen Rider Faiz)

The official press conference reveal for the 17th Hesei-era Kamen Rider took place today in Japan, and we have learned several new facts about Kamen Rider Ghost! We now have a full introductory cast with character profiles to match!
*Kamen Rider Ghost (aka Takeru Tenkuji) will be played by Shun Nishime. His character is described as a carefree and cheerful young man.
*Actress Hikaru Osawa will join the cast as Takeru’s childhood friend, Akari. She is a university student with a strong interest in science who aids Takeru in ghost hunting.
*Takanuki Yanagi will portray another friend of Takeru- head priest Onari of the Tenku Temple.
*The cast also includes a mysterious hermit played by Naoto Takenaka. He offers guidance to Takeru and teaches him about the Eyecons.
*Kamen Rider Specter (design sadly still unrevealed at time of writing) is also known as Makoto Fukami and will be played by Ryosuke Yamamoto. In contrast to Ghost, Specter is described as a cold & serious person.
*The main villain for this series, with the ability to summon the Ganma creatures is referred to only as The Mysterious Man and will be played by Yoshiyuki Morishita. Another villain known only as Alan will be played by Hayato Isomura. They are among the few who know the TRUE secret of the Eyecons…
*Last but certainly not least, the theme song for this new series will be performed by the band Kishidan!
