A Yahoo Movies exclusive reveal, we’ve got a brand new look at a new 2014 Godzilla film poster! As you can see this image makes the king of monsters seem much larger than previously thought. From Yahoo:
“The new poster gives us one of our best looks at Godzilla yet, though what’s most striking isn’t the creature’s design (pretty traditional and awesome) but his sheer size. He towers like a lizardy colossus over his target city of San Francisco, easily twice as big as its tallest building, the Transamerica Pyramid — and, as that skyscraper stands at 48 floors, that makes Godzilla himself about 100 stories high.”

The poster is gorgeous. I'm still a little bit apprehensive about the film, though I can't really explain exactly why.
That poster looks so good. Really gives off a great mood that I hope the film will be.
While I am super excited for this movie, the post makes me thing that Godzilla got dumped by his girlfriend and is walking away from the camera, all depressed.
Looks great! I think that the size of Godzilla is a bit overstated for the poster, a bit of artistic license if you will. But we'll find out soon enough. This one may go on my wall next to my American G'54 poster and my Japanese G'98 poster.
Godzilla's size in the poster isn't necessarily indicative of his size in the movie. Take a look the poster for the 1984 Godzilla Returns and you'll see Godzilla towering over skyscrapers like they were a child's playthings; in the actual movie, however, several of the buildings dwarfed him.
Looks decent. I'm liking what I'm assuming are the bombs being dropped on him.
Now that is a poster I want on my wall.
I like this. makes me think of the san francisco level from save the earth.
