TokuNation broke the news to the world back in July that Shout! Factory would be bringing Zyuranger to the US in the form of a complete Series DVD set. Now only a few short months later we have the first look at what that set will be like!
Revealed via Brian Ward’s twitter account (@BWard028) is our first look at the Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger DVD cover! Sporting a “before Power Rangers there was…” line across the top it looks like this set should appeal to both Power Rangers and Sentai fans alike. What are your thoughts on this image? Id rather the actual name Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger be more prominant than SUPER SENTAI, but Ill get what I can take.
Damn that cover is awesome!... Though I strangely suspect non Sentai fans getting confused into thinking that the name "Super Sentai" refers to Zyuranger and only Zyuranger.
I like the fact super sentai big it's to get the point across. Then we get the japanese logo then sentai team followed by complete serise. Simple but works
Nice cover. I like the "Before Power Rangers, there was..." bit above Super Sentai.
Now I really want them to get some Pre-Zyuranger stuff out so that the cover can say "Before Power Rangers, there was... EVEN MORE SUPER SENTAI"
It kind of irks me that Kyoryu Sentai isn't present in english on the cover and they've instead used the general Super Sentai term. But I realize complaining about it now doesn't mean they'll change it either.
I think it's a cool cover. I look forward to see what bonus features that they will add later on.
That's pretty cool looking. Not a fan of the giant Super Sentai on it.
It's cool. Wish the super sentai logo was on it but it's ok.
