CHANGE STANDBY, EMERGENCY! DEKARANGER!

P-Bandai’s finally opened up pre-orders for the Super Sentai Artisan SP License set, and of course, we now have production photos and release info to go along with that.

Included in this set is both the standard SP License and the Fire Squad version. In addition to that, the set will also include changeable cards representing each of the Rangers and a clip-on holster.

All of this will cost a hefty 17,712  yen for the set, but there will be an option to buy the two separately for 9,936 yen a piece. Either way, we’re looking at an October release window for the Super Sentai Artisan SP License.

Sad news today coming from the brother of Tatsuya Nomi, the actor who portrayed Daigo the Shishiranger in Gosei Sentai Dairanger. According to his brother, Tatsuya Nomi passed away on May 18th, 2017. He was 47 years old.

Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences are with the family and friends of Tatsuya Nomi. May he forever Rest in Peace.

UPDATE – sadly it would appear Tatsuya Nomi died as a result of suicide.

BRAVE IN!

For those still keeping up with Power Rangers Dino Force Brave, P-Bandai’s gone ahead and opened up pre-orders for the DX GabugabuRevolver & GabuGaburiCalibur Set, and with that, we now have new release info.

As the title suggests, both gun and sword will, of course, be included in the set along a Cannontyra Zyudenchi and Zyudenchis 24-29.

The set will retail for a pricey 14,148 yen pre-orders will begin today with the cut off date being July 31st, 2017. The set will then ship out sometime in October

It’s that time again for the annual Super Hero Time double feature movies, Toei’s just launched the official website for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kyuranger’s said movie and with that, we have our first teaser announcing the project.

Currently, no word was given on the story as of yet though thanks to the crew over at http://tokusatsunetwork.com[/url] we do have the tag lines given for both movies: “All stars, shine bright in the galaxy” for Kyuranger and “The Great doctors battle, tops to extreme” For Ex-Aid respectively.

The movies are due out for release August 5 in Japanese theaters. Stay tuned and we’ll bring more up to date info as it’s made available.

Yet another piece of Power Rangers Dino Force Brave merch was just solicited for release, with Premium Bandai opening up the future pre order  page of the new changer: the GabugabuRevolver the image indicates that the two will be released in a set and Figsoku.net has seemingly given this a price of 9180 yen though this has yet to be confirmed by Bandai  themselves. 

At the moment, not much is known about the release but check back with us on 5/19 as we should have official release info by then.

For those unfamiliar with the franchise: Super Robot Wars is Banpresto’s crossover series which traditionally combines characters and plot lines from various Mecha animes into one stratagey RPG video game, but it seems like the franchise is making it’s leap into the live action genre, with Super Sentai making it’s first debut into the game. 

Super Robot Wars X-Omega is the franchise’s mobile game avalaible for devices running IOS and Android software  , and Zyuranger’s Daizyujin will be avalaible for a limited time beginning in May as a special promotion character to tie in with the release of the Soul of Chogokin.

A second trailer for the upcoming Super Sentai V-Cinema project featuring the Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger has been posted online!

Of particular note, this trailer introduces a brand-new Zyuohger- the purple Zyuoh Condor!

Some time after the conclusion of their series, the Zyuohgers must return to action to help decide who should truly control Planet Earth- humanity or the Zyumans. But another, stronger force may be lurking in the shadows…

The Zyuohgers’ Return, known as Give Me Your Life! The Great Rule Of The Earth Battle will be released on DVD & Blu Ray on June 28, 2017!

BRAVE IN!

New details have emerged for the Japanese release of Power Rangers Dino Force Brave’s toy line, with Premium Bandai having updated the pre order page for the DX Kyoryujin Set.

The set includes all the components needed to make Brave Kyoryujin himself along with Brave Kyoryujin Western and thanks to the listing we have the Japanese names for these new Zyudenryu:

  • Red: Guntyra
  • Blue: Shovecera
  • Black: Stegonsaw
  • Green: Parasaber
  • Pink: Rapx

In addition, the set will have Zyudenchi for each of the corresponding dinos along with three new ones: the Candellia, Luckyuro, and Kyoryuger Batteries seen previously in scans. However, the set is expensive and will set you back 19,440 yen before middleman fees and shipping and will see release sometime this September 2017.
