The first details regarding the second quarter merchandise for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid have begun circulating the Internet!

While there are no full pics yet, this information offers some insight into the future events of this new series.

The listings we have so far-

*Kamen Rider Ex-Aid will receive an upgrade thanks to the Mighty Bros XX Gashat. This new form will be known as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Double Action Gamer LV XX R/L, and he will be armed with the Gashacon Key Slasher.

*Kamen Rider Genm uses a different henshin device than the other Riders- his main weapon, the Gashacon Bugvisor triggers his transformation when used with the Bugster Buckle. Genm will also receive a secong Gashat, the Dangerous Zombie Gashat to become Kamen Rider Genm Zombie Gamer Lv. X

*Last but certainly not least, a SIXTH Kamen Rider has been confirmed for this series! Kamen Rider Paradox is equipped with the Gashacon Gear Dual and has two unique forms- Paradox Puzzle Gamer and Paradox Fighter Gamer.

We now have our first look at the next Kamen Rider: Movie Wars crossover project! In addition to the second meeting of Kamen Rider Ghost and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, this movie will feature a surprise appearance from Bandai Namoco’s most iconic video game character- PAC-MAN!

Officially titled Kamen Rider Heisei Generations:Dr. Pac-Man VS Ex-Aid & Ghost With Legend Riders, the film will unite the 5 most recent Heisei-Era Kamen Riders-

A new round of magazine scans has hit the Internet, giving us some hints at the future for new hero Kamen Rider Ex-Aid!

This time we learn a bit about the FIFTH Rider in this series- Kamen Rider Lazer! Lazer’s true name is Kiriya Kujo (played by Hayato Onozuka,) a close friend of the hero Emu. Unlike the other Riders seen thus far, Lazer’s Level 2 is not a humanoid form. Instead, Lazer becomes Kamen Rider Ex-Aids’ motorcycle. Lazer will have to wait until Level 3 to fight like other Riders.

Speaking of which, the first Level 3 form is revealed in these scans! Kamen Rider Gemn will combine with his Shakariki Sports Gashat to receive some unique combat armor.

Looks like Toei’s not ready to give up the Ghost just yet!

A new V-Cinema project for Kamen Rider Ghost has been announced. Titled Ghost RE:BIRTH- Kamen Rider Specter, this new movie will apparently feature the adventures of Makoto in Ganma World as the next chapter in his story.

This V-Cinema release will also come with one more Eyecon for collectors- the Shin Specter Eyecon!

Ghost RE:BIRTH is currently scheduled for release on April 17, 2017.

After 2014’s extremely successful Black Blood miniseries, the Silver Fanged Makai Knight is returning to the airwaves once again!

A new teaser for the upcoming Garo sidestory known as ZERO: Dragon Blood was released today, giving fans their first look at this new adventure in the world of the Makai Knights. This new adventure will follow on from the world introduced in Black Blood.

Fan-favorite Rei Fujita returns to the role of Zero, supported by fellow Garo alumni Mary Matsuyama as Makai Priestess Rekka. Garo creator Keita Amemiya will take the directors’ chair for this new project, with veteran Garo storyteller Sumiko Umeda serving as writer.

ZERO: Dragon Blood is currently scheduled to begin in 2017!

It seems the rumour mill is beginning to churn for the 41st Super Sentai series following Zyuohger, with Toei seemingly having filled out a trade mark application for a show translated as Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger as the title suggests: next year’s show could be heading for an outer space theme. The trademark appeared via @trademark_bot on Twitter whom in the past was responsible for revealing the currently airing Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger’s title.

Keep in mind that Toei has yet to make any sort of official statement or announcement on this title, for all we know this trademark could end up being nothing or for another unrelated project all together. So for now take this announcement with a heavy dosage of salt and as always: we’ll bring more up to date information on this subject as it becomes readily avalaible.

The first commercial promo for the upcoming new Rider series, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid aired during Toei’s SuperHeroTime! programming block today in Japan.

In addition to some quick action shots of the new heroes & villains, the promo contains a sample of the Ex-Aid theme song- “EXCITE!” performed by Japanese recording artist Daichi Miura.

With the debut of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid looming overhead, Toei’s finally released the first full length preview for next year’s show online, giving us a glimpse of not only how the characters interact with one another but a few scenes with Kamen Rider Brave, Kamen Rider Snipe, and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid in action.

Toei’s annual press conference officially announcing the newest Kamen Rider series was held yesterday in Japan, giving us some exiting new details about the people responsible for the 18th Heisei Rider show- Kamen Rider Ex-Aid!

Particular highlights from this press conference include:

*The name Ex-Aid was coined from “Extreme” and “Aid”. The protagonist is referred to as a Doctor × Gamer who fights against the mysterious game viruses known as the Bugstar. As previously known, there will be various video game genres such as Action, RPG, Shooting, and Racing. Each genre will be represented not only by a Kamen Rider but by various effects that will be featured in fight scene!

*Ex-Aid’s human name is Emu Hojo, played by Hiroki Iijima. Emu is a medical student (studying pediatrics) at Seito University Hospital, which appears to be the central location for this series. In his off-hours, Emu is known simply as “M”- a genius-level gamer.

*Next in the cast is Kamen Rider Brave, aka Hiiro Kagami, a physician at Seito University portrayed by Toshiki Seto. He is normally rude & condescending towards Emu but is willing to fight alongside Ex-Aid to stop the Bugstars.

*Rounding out the Riders is Kamen Rider Snipe, real name Taiga Hanaya (portrayed by Ukyo Matsumoto.) This young man USED to be a doctor, until an unrevealed incident caused his medical license to be revoked.

*Our female lead this time around is named Asuna Karino, played by Ruka Matsuda. She is a nurse working for the Ministry of Health, and also has a mysterious secondary identity known as Poppii Pipopapo.

*Kai Shouma plays the early antagonist, Bugstar leader Palad.

*Working behind-the-scenes for most events is a figure named Kuroto Dan, president of the game-designing Genmu Corporation (played by Iwanaga Tetsuya.)

*Kamen Rider Ex-Aid’s theme song, EXCITE! will be performed by famous Japanese recording artist Daichi Miura.
