SDCC 2012 – Super Robot Chogokin Daizyujin

One item many fans of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers have been waiting for is the newest entry to the Super Robot Chogokin line, Daizyujin!

Known in North America as the original Megazord, Daizyujin will be coming to fans in the Super Robot Chogokin series just in time to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of Power Rangers!

Thanks to our team on location at San Diego Comic-Con for providing us with these great images of what will be a very sought after collectible! Daizyujin is due out October 2012 and will retail for $60.99 plus tax.

SDCC 2012 – S.H. MonsterArts Display

Our crew on location at San Diego Comic-Con have gotten a plethora of images from the Bluefin/Tamashii Nations booth and they are coming in now!

This installment has images of the S.H. MonsterArts display showing off King Ghidorah, Moguera, Space Godzilla, and the SDCC 2012 Exclusive Comic-Con Explosion Godzilla.

SDCC Exclusive Power Rangers Samurai Figure Set

The official Power Rangers facebook page has revealed an exclusive San Diego Comic-Con six figure set. The set includes the 4″ Samurai Red Ranger in Shark Attack Mega mode, and the other five rangers in Super Mega mode. Each ranger has a metallic paint finish with fully painted accessories and Megazord cockpit stands.

The set comes in commemorative foil packing and limited to 300 pieces (price TBA). Check out the full sized image after the jump!

S.H.Figuarts DekaRangers and others on display at Akiba Show room!

Early samples of the core DekaRanger team were seen at the Akiba Show Room, along with Deka Green, Deka Pink and Deka Yellow are now on display, along with Figuarts Virgo and Libra Zodiarts!

Virgo is set for an Ocotober release, retailing for 3,990 yen, while Libra is set for a September release along with Deka Blue, the prices and release dates for Deka Green, Pink, and Yellow has yet to be disclosed.

Shout Factory At San Diego Comic-Con with EXCLUSIVE MMPR Complete Series DVD

The good folks at Shout! Factory will be attending the annual San Diego Comic Convention next month, and they will be selling the Complete Series “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” on DVD exclusively at the Con.


Get this 19-DVD box set Comic-Con Exclusive version only at the Shout! Factory booth! Featuring all 145 original episodes from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Seasons One, Two and Three, plus the ten-episode series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Alien Rangers. Tokyo Toy Show Pics- Beet & Stag Buster Machines
