“Best Match!”

Kamen Rider Build has been blazing through it’s initial plot at break neck speed. And now only 5 episodes in, with every revelation further questions are raised. Without further adieu we wanted to get our very first gallery from the series up, so we’re kicking things off the first release from the Build Change Rider toyline. BCR 01 Kamen Rider Build Rabbit Tank Form!

Rabbit Tank Form is Builds standard base form, and as the first release in the line this figure should be the standard bearer of what we can expect from here on. With a unique take on the combination gimmick this line manages to make swapping out halves quite easy and entertaining. However it does put severe limitations on articulation. But if that doesn’t bother you, this can be fun line with plenty of multiple display options. This release also includes Build’s standard Drill Crusher Blade Mode as it’s lone accessory.

Looks like there is no GAME OVER in sight for Gashat collectors!

Premium Bandai has posted a set of images revealing an exclusive new Gashat- the DX Gashat Gear Dual Another!

This dark version of Kamen Rider Para-DX‘s own Perfect Knockout Gashat is scheduled to appear in the upcoming sequel film Kamen Rider Ex-Aid True Ending: Kamen Rider Para-DX with Kamen Rider Poppy.

In particular, the Gear Dual Another will power a new evil Rider- Kamen Rider Another Para-DX!

The DX Gear Dual Another Gashat will be released in March 2018 at the modest price of 3024 Yen before shipping and handling.

WAKE UP!

Next year marks the 10th anniversary of Kamen Rider Kiva! And to celebrate this milestone, this monster-hunting series is finally making the jump to Blu-Ray!

New listings have outlined THREE unique box-sets for Kamen Rider Kiva:

*Box 1 will be released on January 10 2018
*Box 2 will be released on March 7 2018
*Box 3 will be released on May 9 2018

Each box is priced at 19600 Yen before shipping and handling.

The Blu-Ray release will also contain a number of commemorative interviews with the Kamen Rider Kiva cast to share their thoughts on this unique series.

The 1st trailer for Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL-the last cinematic entry in the Heisei Kamen Rider Era has been posted online!

Although promoted primarily as a team-up for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Build this film features a number of appearances by Legendary Riders!

Several veteran Kamen Rider actors are shown to be returning, including-
*Shun Nishime/ Kamen Rider Ghost
*Gaku Sano/ Kamen Rider Gaim
*Souta Fukush/ Kamen Rider Fourze
*Shu Watanabe/ Kamen Rider OOO (and with him comes Ryosuke Miura reprising his role as Ankh.)

Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL is currently scheduled for release on December 9 2017! Stay tuned to TokuNation as we keep you up to date on this epic Rider crossover!

Build Up!

In case you missed it, Tamashii Nations just announced that Kamen Rider Build in his Tank Rabbit form was coming to S.H.Figuarts with the promise that he’d be followed up by S.H.Figuarts Night Rouge.

Well, we didn’t have to wait long: in a rather quick turnaround, Tamashi Nations’ official Twitter account gave us our first look at this beautiful figure, along with our first in-person look at the aforementioned S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Build Tank Rabbit Form set up in an impressive diorama display. 

At the moment, S.H.Figuarts Night Rouge appears to be a display only piece no release info was given so at the moment we have no clue if he’ll even be hitting mass retail or not. Stay tuned, and we’ll bring you more info on this product as it becomes available.

Not long after publishing this article, official images for Night Rouge appeared via Dengeki Hobby giving us a much clearer look at this exciting new figure!

Bandai Tamashii has released a special promotional page for the next major entry in the SH Figuarts series- Kamen Rider Build!

The release details for Build RabbitTank have been confirmed thanks to this posting: Build is currently scheduled for release in February 2018– which will mark the TENTH ANNIVERSARY of the SH Figuarts series! In honor of this momentous occasion, SH Figuarts Kamen Rider Build will have special pricing: a very modest 3456 Yen before shipping and handling!

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!

A video teaser uploaded by Bandai Tamashii gives fans a close look at SH Figuarts Build RabbitTank, AND offers a quick tease for the NEXT Kamen Rider Build Figuart release- the villainous NightRogue!

BEST MATCH! ARE YOU READY?!?!

Some photos promoting the next quarter of Kamen Rider Build have been posted online, showing off two new Best Match forms!

*First up is Build OctopusLight! With these 2 new FullBottles, Build henshins into the Electrifying Technician able to shock SMASH creatures with his tentacles.

*The second form remains hidden in silhouette at this time, but is tentatively named PhoenixRobot! In this form Build gains fire-based attacks and powerful robotic limbs.

We have sadly learned of the death of Ryuji Saikachi, iconic Japanese voice actor. He was 89 & passed on September 29 due to congestive heart failure.

Saikachi voiced a number of enemy characters in tokusatsu, including the very first opponent in Kamen Rider– the Spider Man (no relation).

Other memorable roles performed by Ryuji Saikachi include the Sickle Neck Turtle in Kamen Rider V3, the Medusa in Kamen Rider X, the Mole Beastman in Kamen Rider Amazon and the Scorpion Kikaijin in Kamen Rider Stronger.

Our thoughts are with Ryūji Saikachi’s friends and family in this difficult time.

Merry early Christmas everyone!

In Japan, it is customary for families to have a piece of cake during the Christmas season and it’s nearly that time of year again. P-Bandai just started their ordering service for Kamen Rider Build and Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger themed Holliday cakes.

While most of us overseas won’t be able to enjoy the cake itself, it is noteworthy to mention that this is the only way you’ll be able to get this year’s Christmas themed roleplay items: with a Christmas Kyutama and Christmas Full Bottle being included along with their respective cakes.

Each cake will also include an appropriately themed topper with featuring super deformed versions of Kamen Rider Build Tank Rabbit Form and ShishiRed Orion. Both cakes will set you back 4,104 yen each and will be released December 2017 in time for the Holidays.
