Power Rangers Build and Morph Gosei Great Megazord

Posted on January 13, 2013 at 1:52 am by Shin Densetsu under Power Rangers

A new listing turned up very recently at BigBadToyStore for Bandai Of America‘s Power Rangers Megaforce line. While we have seen Power Rangers Build & Morph sets for the samurai emblems/rangers from Power Rangers Samurai, the new listing is for none other than a Power Rangers Build & Morph Gosei Great Megazord! Price is $18.99 and expected to be released this quarter. More info:

The Power Rangers Build and Morph Set is the perfect way to connect, morph, and play with your own Zords and Megazord. Connect all the pieces to build the Gosei Great Megazord. The fun begins by creating the 5 Rangers’ Zords and then combining them to create the Power Rangers’ Megazord. This set is packed with cool features to keep the fun never ending!

It’ll be interesting to see how this turns out. Stay tuned!

Power Rangers Megaforce Megabloks revealed

Posted on January 11, 2013 at 9:18 am by Shin Densetsu under Power Rangers

The Mega Bloks Blog has posted an article showcasing the new Mega Bloks Power Rangers Megaforce Mini-figure Style. While it lacks elbow and knee joints, it does feature new ball jointed ankles. Here’s what they had to say:

In addition to both the arms and legs using ball joints, we’ve added articulation to the ankles! This makes the figure easy to manipulate even while it’s attached to block pegs, and adds a surprising amount of posing diversity. Check out some more poses we did:

Thanks to Tokunation boards member WuLongTi for the heads up! We have mirrored the new images, read on to check out the new figure style!

Power Rangers Megaforce News Round-Up – Ranger Keys in Season 2 "Super Megaforce"

Posted on January 8, 2013 at 12:24 pm by Chris under Power Rangers

We haven’t covered a lot of the speculation and rumors surrounding the 20th Anniversary of Power Rangers in the upcoming series Power Rangers Megaforce, but seeing as it’s a bit of a slow news week, we decided to round up some of the information floating around out there to share with our loyal readers and viewers here.

Thanks to our good friend Fury Diamond of RangerCrew, we do have some tidbits of information that he has been able to confirm through his inside and very reliable sources. So without further wait, here you go!

The name of the high school our new teenagers with attitude will be attending has not been revealed, but we do know that the initials of the high school will be HCH. Obviously, the last letter will probably stand for “High” (as in “High School” like “Angel Grove High” was “AGH”) but what could the rest stand for?

There’s been casting sheets and calls for a Silver Ranger. While there has been no confirmation on whether or not there will be any use of the Gokaiger costumes, we do know that the Goseiger costumes, which Megaforce uses, will be carried over and used for Season 2 or “Super Megaforce”. Speculation is running rampant that Gokai Silver will in fact be the Silver Ranger.

The biggest question on everyone’s mind is whether or not the key (no pun intended) to the Gokaigers transformation, the Ranger Keys, will be used at all in Power Rangers Megaforce. Our friend Fury Diamond has confirmed that YES, Ranger Keys will be utilized somehow in the second season of Power Rangers Megaforce. The obvious conclusion is that Gokai Silver/Silver Ranger will use these keys, but that’s simply speculation for now.

Are you excited yet for Power Rangers Megaforce? We’re only about a month away from the premiere … stay tuned here at TokuNation as well as our friends at RangerCrew for all your updates on this anniversary season of Power Rangers!

Power Rangers Megaforce Gosei Morpher Review

Posted on December 24, 2012 at 12:03 am by Chris under Power Rangers

Our good friends over at Ranger Crew Blog have put up an extensive review of the recently released Power Rangers Megaforce Gosei Morpher!

This morphin’ device uses cards … but unlike the Super Sentai version, the Megaforce version gives us a bunch of cards of previous Power Rangers! The question on everyones’ mind is … will this morpher stick around for the second season of Megaforce, or are we going to see Ranger Keys coming in to play sometime during the Gokaiger adaption portion of the season?

Only time will tell!

Again, check out our friends at the Ranger Crew Blog for all the awesomeness that is the Megaforce Gosei Morpher!
