This year was the second annual Hasbro PulseCon and it was one heck of a show! Hasbro revealed brand new products for all of their major lines – including Power Rangers – and opened the floodgates on pre-orders for all the delicious plastic goodness that we’ve come to know and love.
After PulseCon, we were fortunate enough to be given an interview with John Warden (Design Director) and Jon Firestone (Marketing) from Hasbro’s Power Rangers team. In our interview we ask about future accessories for figures still missing items in the Lightning Collection, we get intimate details on the Lord Zedd helmet, the decision behind releasing a second In Space Blue Ranger (with Galaxy Glider) so quickly after the first (VS two pack with Psycho Silver), and of course – the inaccuracies in the Lunar Wolf Silver Ranger figure.
They may have implied what can, and will, be fixed on the character before release? Check out the full interview below! Thanks again to Hasbro for this opportunity. Check out tons of great products on HasbroPulse.com.

Hasbro has updated their official site with a treasure trove of new information about the upcoming series, Power Rangers Dino Fury!
Chief among the updates are character bios for the new team of Power Rangers:
*Red Ranger: “Zayto is an alien from the planet Rafkon. He has been on Earth since the time of the dinosaurs, frozen in stasis. After he is revived, he leads the Dino Fury Power Rangers in the hopes of stopping the evil forces that destroyed his planet from destroying Earth. Zayto commands the T-Rex Champion Zord.”
*Pink Ranger: “Amelia Jones is a go-getting journalist with a passion for the paranormal, Amelia works at the internet media agency, BuzzBlast. She’s well known in the city of Pine Ridge as the person you come to if anything ‘weird’ happens. Her enthusiasm seeps into everything she does, much to the amusement of her friends and co-workers. Amelia commands the Ankylo Hammer Zord.”
*Blue Ranger: “Ollie Akana is a confident, logical skeptic who’s never afraid to share his opinion and always needs to prove he’s right. Growing up, he traveled the globe with his archaeologist mother, Dr. Akana. Ollie doesn’t believe that there’s anything that can’t be proven or explained by science. Ollie commands the Tricera Blade Zord.”
*Green Ranger: “Izzy Garcia is a highly competitive and ambitious athlete. She pushes herself to the limits and never gives up, even when the stress is overwhelming. She’s close with her step-brother, Javi. Izzy commands the Tiger Claw Zord.”
*Black Ranger: “Javi Garcia is a free-spirited musician who can be quiet at times, focusing his energy on his creative process and artistic endeavors. Though he loves music, he can’t settle on any one style or instrument. His step-sister, Izzy, is his biggest supporter and the most important person in his life. Javi commands the Stego Spike Zord.”
Not to be outdone, some information on the series’ villains is included-
*Void Knight: “An armored alien warlord who crashed on Earth many years ago. He is intent on using the power of the super-charged Sporix for his own personal benefit.”
*BoomTower: “Void Knights’ monster general, a brutal fighter.”
Finally, a number of production images for the series have also been published online, detailing the team’s headquarters and training grounds.
Most surprising of all, these new images confirm the return of Power Rangers mainstay Kelson Henderson– apparently reprising his role as Mick Kanic from Power Rangers Ninja Steel! Could this be a sign of future Ranger crossovers? Only time will tell!
Power Rangers Dino Fury is expected to begin in early 2021! Stay tuned to TokuNation for further details on this exciting new chapter in Power Rangers history!
