Utsumi Nariaki was one of the Nanba Children. Raised to be loyal to one man only, Juzaburo Nanba. Loyal until the day Juzaburo was murdered, Utsumi faithfully served. But seeing his master’s death at the hands of Kamen Rider Evol pushed him over the edge. With Utsumi’s spirit broken, he was faced with the impossible option to take revenge, or serve Evol. Accepting the power of the Evol Driver and rejecting the pain of his grief, Utsumi is reborn as Kamen Rider Mad Rogue!

A familiar mold returns for it’s 4th outing for Kamen Rider Build. Night Rogue, Blood Stalk, Hell Bros, and now Mad Rogue! A lavish repaint with some new molding, Mad Rogue is absolutely gorgeous in hand. While evoking the fierce grief of Utsumi’s loss, this figure does manage to look a bit like a certain G2 Transformer as well…. Armed with the Nebula Steam Gun and Steam Blade, Mad Rogue is a wonderful (and brightly colored) new menace for your heroic riders!

The secondhand man to Kamen Rider Evol, the villain of the fan-favorite series Kamen Rider Build, is getting his own S.H. Figuarts figure! Coming in April 2019 is S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Mad Rogue! He comes with all the accessories you would expect (Nebula Steam Gun, Bat Full Bottle, Steam Blade, and different hands).

He is a Premium Bandai release at 6,264 yen. Orders open October 12th so contact your middle man! Click the title of the story for all the images!

“Evol Match! Bat! Engine!”

Bandai Tamashii Nations’ Akiba Showroom has updated its display with a first look at S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Mad Rogue! The Evol Driver powered form of Nariaki Utsumi currently has no price or release details to report, however given the pattern of releases so far it seems that a Tamashii web exclusive release seems most likely. However from the display we can see that Mad Rogue will include both the Steam Blade and NebulaSteam Gun as accessories.

In a surprising announcement for the rapidly-winding-down Kamen Rider Build series, a new Rider Form has been unveiled!

Fan-favorite supporting character Kamen Rider Grease will abandon the now-obsolete Sclash Driver and combine a Build Driver with the newly-completed Blizzard Knuckle to transform into Kamen Rider Grease Blizzard! This blue repaint of Greases’ original suit includes a Robot SMASH arm as main weapon, granting Grease the power to stand against Evolto in the final battles.

But Kamen Rider Grease may not be the ONLY Build Rider receiving a last-minute change! The same scans also hint at a new form for Kamen Rider Mad Rogue to be revealed in an as-yet-unannounced Hyper Battle Video.

The latest round of magazine scans has begun circulating the Internet, giving fans a look at the future adventures of Kamen Rider Build!

Items of note this month:

*A new Rider will be joining the fray- Kamen Rider Mad Rogue! By using the Bat & Engine FullBottles along with the newly-discovered EvolDriver, this strange newcomer is armed with the Nebula SteamGun & SteamBlade. While Mad Rogue’s identity is unrevealed in the scans, there are SOME hints as to the face behind this Driver…

*The new villain Kamen Rider Evol takes center stage! The EvolDriver unlocks even more powerful FullBottles- the EvolBottles and Kamen Rider Evol alone seems able to tap their powers! Kamen Rider Evol’s default form- Evol Cobra Form comes from combining the Cobra & Rider EvolBottles. Two other Evol forms are demonstrated in these scans- Evol Rabbit Form and Evol Dragon Form!

*In a desperate attempt to counter this new threat, Sento dusts off the HazardTrigger once again and tries out another Match- becoming Kamen Rider Build KeyDragon Hazard!
