Following hot on the heels of Lord Zedd’s reveal this morning, we now have official images of the ENTIRE lineup of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers in the 5″ Legacy line! Coming soon to a Toys ‘R’ Us near you are all 7 of the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers! Red, Green, White, Black, Pink, Blue & Yellow!

Of note is that a standard Red Ranger is not solicited, only an Armored Red Ranger with the Dragon Shield. These figures aren’t yet listed for sale on the TRU.CA website like Zedd is but you can expect them to be released sometime this summer as well.

We’re officially 1 week away from the 13th annual Free Comic Book Day 2014! Saturday May 3rd this year, will be a time for fans of comics new and old to go out to their Local Comic Chop and grab some free books, pick up some great deals, and have a good time!

For the third year running, the Lexington Comic & Toy Convention returns to Kentucky! If you haven’t heard of the show by now it’s quickly become THE east coast convention for Power Rangers actors! As the one big show that Kentucky has each year LexCon draws in attendance from all over the region with last years numbers surpassing 10,000! This convention will run from Friday March 14th- Sunday March 16th at Heritage Hall, Rupp Arena Convention Center. If you can make it to the show trust me, it is worth your while. Thanks to Papercutz, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers return to continue their battles against Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. This coming May 3rd, 2014, you can pick up a free comic starring none other than the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Thanks to our good friend Fury Diamond from the Samurai Cast Blog, we have our first look at the upcoming free comic book as well as his thoughts and opinions on it!

Earlier today the first official images of the upcoming web exclusive Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger Tiger Ranger S.H. Figuarts figure were shown. In a mirror-move, the Facebook page for Bluefin Tamashii Nations, the US version of Tamashii Nations, posted up the images of their version, the S.H. Figuarts Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Yellow Ranger!

The international release of this figure is significant because, as you may remember, in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the Yellow Ranger was actually female and not male. Because of that, the outside-Japan release will feature a female torso piece as opposed to the male torso piece. We’ve seen the figure as early as San Diego Comic Con 2013, but now we have some clear images to inspect. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers version will release with two Power Daggers, a Thunder Slinger, Blade Blaster, and three sets of interchangeable hands, as well as an accessory to form the Power Blaster, the weapon formed by combining each Power Ranger‘s signature weapon. This figure is slated to release later this year.

A recent tradition to both inspire new readers and to promote your product is in the now annual Free Comic Book Day.  The next annual event is scheduled to be on May 3rd, 2014 and features a number of titles being offered up for free from your favorite comic book retailers.

For the first time ever, Power Rangers will be offered on Free Comic Book Day.  Thanks to Samurai Cast Blog we now know that Papercutz, who announced at San Diego Comic Con 2013 that they were doing a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers graphic novel due for release in June 2014.  This special Free Comic Book Day comic will be a tie-in to the first graphic novel release, and will feature the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the White Ranger.

The video contains both the encodes from NBC as well as CBS. It’s important to note that CBS was obviously reading an out-dated fact sheet, naming the Power Rangers Samurai characters instead of the Power Rangers Megaforce characters.
