This new poster gives us our best look yet at the powerful Dino Zords, with special emphasis on the Yellow Zord and minor background teasers for the other four Zords.

*The Red Ranger Power Sword! Red Rangers’ signature weapon, has two modes- Training and Battle.
*Finally, the T-Rex Battle Zord! The Red Rangers’ personal Zord has special launching missiles and comes with a miniature Red Ranger figure. This Battle Zord can connect with other (sadly unrevealed) Zords to create the mighty towering Megazord!

Lionsgate has released a new series of character posters for the upcoming Power Rangers film! These give fans the best look yet at the new suits, and possibly also the new Movie Morphers!
In addition, a few official plot details have been released for this new movie-
First off, a basic synopsis for the film:
Saban’s Power Rangers follows 5 ordinary teenagers who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove- and the world- is on on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it’s too late, band together as Power Rangers.
And, we also have character bios for the new team of Rangers!
Kimberly the Pink Ranger used to be Queen Bee of Angel Grove High, but has been cast out of the popular clique and is now struggling to find her identity. She has a rebel-without-a-cause edgy attitude, but this front is hiding a secret that makes her feel deeply vulnerable.
Billy the Blue Ranger has always been challenged in his abilities to communicate and interact socially. Whip-smart & sweet, he is the most pure-hearted of the group. Billy has never really had any friends, so finding teenagers he is comfortable with is a big deal. Soon he is connecting with people in ways never capable of before meeting the team.
Trini the Yellow Ranger is mysterious but extremely bright. Her parents constantly move for work, making her the perpetual new girl at school. A loner who owns it, Trini is self-sufficient and contemplative, but always observant.
Zack the Black Ranger is filled with bravado and swagger. He is tough and cool on the exterior but has many layers beneath his fearless surface. Zack advertises everything about himself- except the truth, which makes him feel deeply inferior to peers.

Ahead of New York Comic-Con in just 2 short weeks the Power Rangers themselves, have just revealed a brand new set of 5 character posters for the Power Rangers 2017 Movie!
These new posters show off the Power Ranger in fierce new totally helmet-less poses. However the bigger surprise is that each poster gives our fist official look at each rangers’ Zord from the movie! The biggest question now is, what do you the fan think of this first look? And does this bode well for an eventual full Megazord reveal? Let us know in the comments!

Last but far from least, our coverage from San Diego Comic Con 2016 day 1 comes to an end with a gorgeous finale. Lionsgate & Saban Brands are of course promoting the upcoming 2017 Power Rangers Movie and luckily for us they brought along a few goodies from the movie to this years con!
On display at the Lionsgate booth currently are the Helmet & Power Coin Props for the Black, Pink, Blue, Yellow, & Red Rangers! These gorgeous pieces give us our very first clear look at each of the unique designs for these rangers and our first look ever at the Power Coins themselves. What’s old is new again, and that’s especially true of Power Rangers (March 24), the youth-tinged big-screen update of the popular 1990s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers kids show and movie. For fans of a certain age, Star Trek has a 50th-anniversary panel — with former TV space captains William Shatner and Scott Bakula — followed by an Aliens 30th-anniversary event starring Sigourney Weaver, Bill Paxton and director James Cameron. Comedy Central’s South Park, which starts its 20th season Sept. 14, will feature an interactive exhibit celebrating 20 classic Park moments. Plus, fans also can get a look at reboots of TV favorites, with panels for Fox’s Prison Break and 24: Legacy and CBS’MacGyver.
