Toei has officially opened their website for the next Super Sentai series- No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger!

Celebrating FIFTY YEARS of Super Sentai, the Gozyuger team fights Number One Monsters in Number One Showdowns. Opponents using the powers of past Red Rangers will appear to challenge the Gozyugers as well, but above all that this team will fight EACH OTHER as they work to collect the powerful Sentai Rings scattered throughout their world- to determine who IS the “Number 1 Super Sentai!”

Character bios are provided for the Gozyuger members:

*Gozyu Wolf is kindhearted but with a violent tendency. His special ability is scent-tracking thanks to an enhanced sense of smell.
*Gozyu Leon is a charismatic people-pleaser, gifted with super-hearing.
*Gozyu Tyranno is naive but well-meaning; possessing super-strength.
*Gozyu Eagle is a fun-loving playboy with super-speed.
*Gozyu Unicorn projects a calm personality but is devoted to her family. She possesses telepathy.

The head writer for this Super Sentai is Akiko Inoue, previously of Kamen Rider Gotchard. Action director is longtime Super Sentai veteran Ryuta Tazaki.

No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger will begin on February 16 2025!

New details are emerging on the 49th Super Sentai series, No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger!

We now have our first look at the TegaSword Robos! These are apparently the Mecha forms for the Gozyuger team, transformed by their TegaSword weapon. TegaSword Robo has multiple configurations based on which Gozyuger controls it.

In addition we now see the first Sentai Key! This golden device contains the power of past Super Sentai teams- with the first reveal being for the current Sentai, Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.

Some new images have been published for the 49th Super Sentai series No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger revealing some new information about this new team of heroes!

The official designations for the Gozyuger team are-

*Red Ranger Gozyu Wolf
*Blue Ranger Gozyu Leon
*Black Rnager Gozyu Unicorn
*Green Ranger Gozyu Eagle
*Yellow Ranger Gozyu Tyranno

The team henshin device is known as the TegaSword and gain additional powers from Sentai Rings that celebrate previous teams. Their main Mecha is apparently called TegaSword Robo and has multiple formations based on which Gozyuger controls it.

A full reveal for the No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger is scheduled for December 25 2025!

The first image of the 49th Super Sentai team is finally here!

This is the No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger– a five member team consisting of:


*Red Wolf
*Black Unicorn
*Blue Lion
*Yellow TRex
*Green Eagle

Behind the team is a golden-armed figure; perhaps the first Mecha for the season? Only time will tell!

The logo apparently features a wolf head amidst a bed of crystals- adding credence to ongoing rumors that the series will have animal themes for its Rangers.

The always reliable Trademark_bot via X.com has revealed the name of the next Super Sentai series – No.1 Sentai Gozyuger!

There are plenty of rumors flying about the next series – from potential actors, from story lines, to suit designs, morphers, and more.  Nothing has been confirmed at this time but we do expect details to begin leaking from reliable sources as filming for the new series has allegedly begun quite some time ago.

The Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger are getting an upgrade!

This is our first proper look at Champion Form– a unique new team power-up for the core five Boonboomgers unlocked via the Champion Changer.
Champion BoonBoomgers receive the stylish Champion Jacket, which offers them 10 special new abilities in combat.

The Champion form should be entering the race in the near future. Stay tuned for further details on this exciting Super Sentai series!

Toei has released the first full trailer for the Kamen Rider W Fuuto PI anime movie The Portrait Of Kamen Rider Skull.

This film serves as an origin story for the W universe, adapting portions of the Begins Night and Message for W features films released during the original series.

Fuuto PI: The Portrait of Kamen Rider Skull is scheduled for limited theatrical release on November 8 2024.

Toei has officially introduced the next Kamen Rider series- Kamen Rider Gavv!

At a special event tonight, a number of key detaisl were revealed about the upcoming series:

*Kamen Rider Gavv’s real name is Shouma (portrayed by Chinen Hidekazu). Shouma hails from another world- a world with strange monstrous creatures known as Granute! The Granute capture humans in order to feed on their happiness- and Shouma believes they may be responsible for the loss of his mother. As Shouma explores the flavors of his new home, he learns to create the strange Gochizo that grant him Kamen Rider powers!

*Following the Granute creatures is a freelance writer named Hanto Karakida (played by Yusuke Hino.) Hanto will awaken his own powers after meeting Shouma- becoming the second Rider, Kamen Rider Valen!

*Nozomi Miyabe appears as Sachika Amane-an uplifting positive girl who operates the Hapipare Shop and befriends Shouma.

The main villains of this series are a family group called STOMACH that operates a confectionery company.

*Eldest son Rango– (Tsukamoto Takashi) said to have solid charisma & an overwhelming sense of menace.
*Eldest daughter Grotta– (Machi Chitose)– a seductress with incredible strength.
*Second son Nielve– (Ryo Takizawa)– the scheming scientist with unfathomable coldness.
*Twins Theta & Jeep– (Kawasaki Houka & Koga Ru– who are gifted with telepathy and oversee harvesting of ingredients.

The Kamen Rider Gavv theme song is titled Got Boosts? and will be performed by the group FANTASTICS.

Tokusatsu veteran Junko Komura will be the head writer for this new series- Komura’s resume includes multiple Super Sentai shows including Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger & Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger.

Kamen Rider Gavv begins September 1 2024!

The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club has released a new teaser for the upcoming Super Sentai special Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger IN SPACE!

This new trailer confirms yet another Super Sentai hero returning for this new adventure: KingRanger from Chouriki Sentai Ohranger!
The character is now played by actor Shinta Takaiawa, son of legendary tokusatsu suit actor Seiji Takaiwa.

Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger IN SPACE is scheduled for release November 10 2024.
