Power Rangers Lightning Collection Psycho Blue Ranger Gallery

Posted on October 3, 2019 at 4:33 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

“Blue Ranger! You’re mine!”

As the Space Rangers quest through the stars to save Zordon and bring peace to the galaxy, the newly brainwashed Astronema has finally found the key to their defeat. Drawing their power from the great Dark Specter, these malevolent machines are faster smarter stronger, and evil. First posing as the Power Rangers then attacking them relentlessly, the Psycho Rangers hide even more monstrous strength just below the surface. Each Psycho Ranger is programmed to ruthlessly hunt down the opposing Power Ranger of their color, and Psycho Blue will stop at nothing to find and defeat TJ, the Blue Space Ranger…..

Easily the most memorable and powerful team of evil rangers in franchise history, the Psycho Rangers have earned their place in the hearts of fans and collectors. So it’s no surprise that seeing this team shaping up in Hasbro’s Lighting Collection line has been received so well. Psycho Blue may be the first of the team to hit the line, but Psycho Red was also just released via a two-pack with the Lost Galaxy red Ranger as well. Psycho Blue is armed with his signature Psycho Axe and an energy absorbing hand just for ranger powers, Blue sets the bar high for the rest of the team in Hasbro’s line.

We’ve attached the full 50+ image gallery to this post but you can see it as well as read through our full review after the jump by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post. With Psycho Blue out of the way, next time we’re travelling through space and time once more with w new Zi-O gallery; S.H. Figuarts Ride Striker!

Power Rangers Lightning Collection Psycho Blue Revealed

Posted on August 4, 2019 at 11:52 am by Kiryu under Power Rangers

LET’S ROCKET!

Our friends at Hasbro are showing no signs of stopping the Lightning Collection hype train any time soon! Just last week, they revealed a Lightning Collection two-pack containing the Lost Galaxy Red Ranger and the villainous Psycho Red from Power Rangers in Space, and it was just recently revealed that his fellow Psycho Ranger: Psycho Blue will be joining the ranks.

As you might recall, we first caught wind of a Lightning Collection Psycho Blue Ranger thanks to a solicitation that was found on a computer at EB Games Canada back in early January. Tthough it hasn’t been confirmed at the time of this writing, the safe assumption will be that this figure will likely be a retailer exclusive to GameStop/EB Games.

None the less, we can expect Lightning Collection Psycho Blue to retail for $19.99 USD or $32.99 Canadian with a supposed release sometime in the fall.

Power Morphicon – Screen Used Props – High Res Images

Posted on August 21, 2018 at 5:12 pm by Chris under Power Morphicon, Power Rangers

Easily the most exciting display of the weekend at this year’s Power Morphicon was the enormous amount of screen used props that Hasbro brought with them to the show. Ranging from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers all the way through Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, fans were given a treat seeing these props up close and personal.

So of course we busted out our camera and took as many high resolution pictures as we could! Who knows if or when we will ever see these again? Every single prop that was on display is pictured in this news story. Click the title of the story to see them all!

Power Morphicon – High Res Photos of Astro Megaship Prop

Posted on August 18, 2018 at 12:00 pm by Chris under Power Morphicon, Power Rangers

This weekend is the Official Power Morphicon convention! On Friday, the show opened and fans of Power Rangers enjoyed quite a treat from the Hasbro booth – a number of show-used costumes and props from 25 years of the history. One item in particular that had a lot of interest was the prop from the series Power Rangers In Space, the Astro Megaship prop.

An older prop that has some wear and tear (missing some turrets) it is still in great condition. We took a number of photos from different angles – click the title of the story to see all the images!

Stay tuned for more high res photos from the Hasbro booth, including what’s inside the mystery box…

Entertainment Earth Exclusive Legacy Psycho Silver Ranger Gallery

Posted on August 16, 2018 at 12:09 am by Den-O under Power Rangers, TokuNation, TokuNation Site Updates, TokuNation Spotlights

“You have no idea who you’re dealing with, do you?”

As the remaining Psycho Rangers continue their reign of terror, the Power Rangers have hatched a plan to beat them. But there’s an unforeseen complication when a previously unknown 6th Psycho Ranger makes his debut on the battlefield! Though he’s here to take the Power Rangers for himself, this Psycho Silver doesn’t seem to be who he claims to be….

Following up from our look at the SDCC Legacy Psycho Green Ranger, today we take a look at the simultaneously released Entertainment Earth Exclusive Legacy Psycho Silver Ranger! Psycho Silver may not be a real Psycho Ranger, but this figure will be a really great addition to your collection. If your like me and Psycho Ranger figures make you weak in the knees, it’s a must have. Armed with his Psycho Silverizer, Zhane is ready to battle it out with the best of the In Space & Psycho Rangers.

We’ve got a full 70+ image gallery ready to go for you today along with a complete review. Just click “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post to be taken to our full thread. Next time, Garo, Ultraman, and more Power Rangers!

SDCC 2018 Exclusive Legacy Psycho Green Ranger Gallery

Posted on August 3, 2018 at 4:32 pm by Den-O under Conventions, Power Rangers, San Diego Comic Con

“You should have told Zordon, no.”

Dispatched to Earth’s moon on a mission to free Rita Repulsa by the mighty Dark Spector, was the original Psycho Ranger. When the NASA moon landing inadvertently woke this slumbering villain in 1969, Alpha 5 & Zordon had no choice but to assemble a team, the original Power Rangers!  Inexperienced, isolated, caught off guard, the Power Rangers would have to contend with, Psycho Green!

Released as an SDCC 2018 Exclusive, the Legacy Psycho Green Ranger is (simultaneously with Psycho Silver) the first release of this mold in North America. Though the Psycho Red & Blue Rangers have turned up internationally, Green & Silver mark the domestic debut for this new mold. If you have experience with the Legacy 6.5″ line at all, then you know exactly what you’re in for here. Throw in the premium-style con packaging and Psycho Green’s signature Psycho Dagger, and you get a solid release and introduction of what to expect from his mold mates. I’ve done my best to recreate some panels from Green’s debut issue so I hope that comes across. Enjoy!

We’ve attached the full 80 image gallery to this post but you can also read our full review by clicking “Discuss on the TokuNation Forums” at the bottom of this post. Next time we take a look at the simultaneously released Legacy Psycho Silver Ranger!

SDCC 2018 – Power Rangers in Space Legacy Psycho Silver is Entertainment Earth Exclusive

Posted on June 22, 2018 at 11:00 am by Chris under Conventions, Power Rangers, San Diego Comic Con

As we enter a brand new age of Power Rangers toys and collectibles we are definitely ending the previous era with a bang! Revealed earlier this morning, a skew of Power Rangers toys are being offered as convention exclusives at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. Even more shocking – not all of them are being offered through Bandai America.

The Legacy Psycho Silver figure will be available at San Diego Comic Con at the Entertainment Earth booth (#2343) for $45. You can pre-order any remaining figures from the show by clicking here.

One of the most anticipated wave of figures from Bandai America‘s Legacy 6.5″ collector line is the Psycho Rangers. We had confirmation that the original five (Red, Blue, Black, Pink, Yellow) were being released and as soon as they were, fans began to ask about Psycho Silver. As you recall, the Power Rangers In Space battled valiantly against the Psycho Rangers but always got bested by them until they realized each Psycho is programmed to best fight against the same color. As the Power Rangers lay exhausted, Psycho Silver appears and quickly finishes them off. His arrogance at fighting all the colored Rangers causes infighting amongst the Psychos until Psycho Blue injures his comrades in an attempt to fight the Blue Ranger himself. It is at that point we learn that the Psycho Silver is actually the In Space Silver Ranger, and together with the other Power Rangers In Space, destroy Psycho Blue.

From the official order page:

Entertainment Earth Convention Exclusive! “We’re the Psycho Rangers. We’re faster than you. Smarter than you. Stronger than you. But we’re evil!” From the Power Rangers in Space TV series, comes this Power Rangers in Space Legacy Psycho Silver Ranger Action Figure – Entertainment Earth Exclusive. The evil counterpart of the Silver Ranger from Power Rangers in Space makes his appearance in the Legacy line of highly detailed and articulated action figures from Bandai as this collectible 6 1/2-inch tall figure. With show-accurate styling and premium decoration, there are 21 points of articulation and a muscular, heroic design that’s perfect for play or display! Great for adult collectors and kids alike, the Psycho Silver Ranger comes in premium Legacy packaging.

NOTE: This item will first be sold at San Diego Comic-Con 2018 at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343. If supplies remain after the show, your order will be filled and shipped to you then, in August 2018. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

Order your SDCC 2018 Legacy Psycho Silver figure now.

Bandai SDCC 2018 Exclusives Revealed: Legacy Psycho Green & Silver, Gold Ranger Zeonizer

Posted on June 22, 2018 at 2:05 am by Den-O under Conventions, San Diego Comic Con

San Diego Comic Con 2018 is just around the corner, so it’s time to see what Bandai America has cooked up for their last SDCC Power Rangers exclusives!

This year Bandai is pulling out all the stops with three Legacy releases:

  • Legacy 6.5″ Psycho Green Ranger
  • Legacy 6.5″ Psycho Silver Ranger
  • Legacy Gold Ranger Zeonizer

This years’ exclusives pack quite the punch and should quench the thirst of many fans. Despite some uncertainty about wether some upcoming Legacy 6.5″ figures would even be released at one point, these exclusives mean that all 7 of the Psycho Rangers will indeed be released at some point. What a time to be a fan! Details on when and where these items can be purchased coming soon.

SDCC 2018 runs from July 19th-22nd!

Amazon Listings Up for Legacy 6.5″ Psycho Pink , In Space Silver, & Ninja Steel Rangers!

Posted on June 19, 2018 at 3:54 pm by Den-O under Power Rangers

I imagine it went something like this. Bandai: “The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.

Despite popular thinking to the contrary, a new wave of Power Rangers Legacy 6.5″ figures has actually made it’s way up for order by way of Amazon! The image we’ve used for this article comes from the original reveal that these figures were possibly being developed, back in October 2017. There are no official stock images for any of these figures currently.

Legacy Psycho Pink

Legacy In Space Silver Ranger

Legacy Ninja Steel Red Ranger

Legacy Ninja Steel Yellow Ranger

Legacy Ninja Steel Blue Ranger

These listings have surfaced seemingly out of the blue. But it likely confirms the line is quite far from dead before Hasbro begins releasing it’s Power Rangers product next year. Curiously absent for now are the Psycho Yellow & Black Rangers to complete that team, as well as a Pink Ninja Steel Ranger. For now the listings are not active, but they can be added to a wish list if you’d like to keep track of them.

When these listings go live we’ll be sure to update you!
