The boys of the Talkin Toku Podcast are back at it with the release of their 9th episode, Attack of the No No Cat (blame Tom for that one). Join your hosts Kickback (Chris, @rankal), Den-O (Jordan, @DenO_Tokunation), and Sentai Tamashii (Tom, @SoulInkChu) as they touch on a number of topics from last week in the world of tokusatsu!

Some of the hot topics discussed – their reactions on the international trailer for the new Godzilla movie, their thoughts on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic from Free Comic Book Day and just why Saban Brands did nothing to promote it (as well as some behind-the-scenes knowledge in the world of comics from our very own Sentai Tamashii, who works a freelance colorist and has done jobs for Marvel, DC, IDW Publishing, and Archie Comics), some good old fashioned toy talk with Kachidoki Arms and S.H. Figuarts Kyoryu Gold, and the usual show talk of Kamen Rider Gaim and Ressha Sentai ToQGer. But there’s even more stuff that’s discussed throughout the episode, including the No No Cat, spooky haunted microphones and/or alien contact, follow up on our last toy debate on Tamashii Nations and Super Sentai Figuarts, and so much more. It’s time for another TokuNation.com contest/give-away! As we’ve teased on both our Facebook page as well as our @TokuNation twitter feed, we’re giving away some stuff from the Kamen Rider Gaim Arms Change toy line as well as the Lockseed toy line! This contest starts RIGHT NOW and lasts until Sunday, May 25th 2014.

The contest is simple – take a picture of yourself (or have someone else do it for you) in a henshin/morphing pose (your favorite pose, or your own pose) while holding a piece of fruit! Feel free to add special effects to your picture, just please note that the entire concept of the contest is for you to be holding an actual piece of fruit (ie: don’t digitally edit a fruit in to your picture, it must be included in the picture to begin with). If you cosplay, you can get some bonus points from our judges if you include yourself in costume. Once finished, send your picture in an E-mail to contest@tokunation.com. Include your full name, TokuNation.com forum name (if applicable), and Twitter handle (if applicable). Deadline to enter is Sunday, May 25th 2014. Winners to be announced on or near Sunday, June 1st 2014.

The grand-prize winner will have their choice of one of two prize packages – either the package containing the Arms Change Kamen Rider Baron and Arms Change Kamen Rider Zangetsu Shin, or the package containing the Gashapon Kamen Rider Agito Lockseed and Fresh Orange Lockseed. The runner-up will receive the package the grand-prize winner did not select.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER. CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS WORLD-WIDE.

Into Battle! Hey Hey Oh!

It’s time for our gallery and review of the newest retail release in the Arms Change line from Kamen Rider Gaim! This one’s the beast, the tank, the immovable object that is Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms! 

This bulky form is so far Gaim’s most powerful in the series and as a toy it’s yet another fantastic entry in the line. If you aren’t sold on Arms Change by now you are certainly missing out! See how this figure and it’s higher accessory count stacks up against the older release in the line, and as an added bonus you can see how the Kachidoki Arms look on every previously released AC Rider, AND vice versa! Perhaps you need more convincing than just these images?

In the last week, new images of upcoming Arms Change releases have been piling up. First Bravo, then Sigurd & Marika, and now the next retail release from the line. Arms Chage AC12 Kamen Rider Duke!

Duke of course comes with his Lemon Energy Arms and the trademark weapon of the Energy Riders, the Sonic Arrow. Bandai has also been kind enough to tease us with the Lemon Energy Arms equipped to Kamen Rider Baron!

Duke is set for release later this month so be on the lookout for him at your favorite retailers. And for now be sure to check out all the official images after the jump!

Yesterday we got a tasty look at ACPB03 Kamen Rider Sigurd & Marika when their order page went live. Not to be outdone, Mister Dangerous himself has also come to greet us with official images!

ACPB02 Kamen Rider Bravo is another Premium Bandai Exclusive in the Arms Change line following in the footsteps of ACPB01 Bujin Gaim. Bravo’s new official images finally give us a solid look at his suit, arms, and a couple of the fun Arms Changes possible with the use of his included Durian Arms.

Orders officially opened for Bravo in February and will remain open until May 7th with his actual release following in July. So get with your favorite Exclusive Middleman Service now to secure an order before it’s too late!

After a ton of anticipation the 3rd Premium Bandai Arms Change release is about to be open for orders! The ACPB03 Kamen Rider Sigurd & Marika 2-pack retails for 8640 yen. The order page opens today in Japan 4/24 and will remain open until 6/30. The set will be released  in September. So get with your middleman now to secure orders.

For now, whet your appetite for these delicious fruits with a plethora of official images for the set and their arms swapped between the other Energy Riders. These look to be two more fine fine additions to an already excellent line. A teaser image for the upcoming ACPB04 Kamen Rider Knuckle is also attached. This shadowed out image doesn’t show us the same detail we saw earlier in the week for this figure, but it confirms it as the next Premium Bandai exclusive.

As the Arms change line keeps chugging along, we finally have an image of the next upcoming retail release from the line. AC12 Energy/Kamen Rider Duke!

It was speculated for some time that Duke’s Lemon Energy Arms would be a remold of Mango Arms, and it appears to be true for the most part. Though the mold of course has it’s own unique bits too. AC Duke will be released in May!

Looks like Arms Change isn’t over just yet!

A simple teaser image has surfaced online for AC-PB 04, the fourth Premium Web Exclusive for the Arms Change series. This time PB brings us Armored Rider Knuckle, the Walnut Rider!

Since Knuckle is the last Armored Rider introduced in Gaim, its possible this Premium version will be the very last item in the fan-favorite Arms Change series.

With PB-03 (Sigurd & Marika) releasing in September, Knuckle’s release window should be opening in mid-to-late October 2014. Stay tuned to TokuNation for further price & release details!

It’s time that TokuNation brought you a juicy fix of Kamen Rider Gaim once again with a brand new Arms Change gallery!

Today we’re looking at AC10 Kamen Rider Gaim Jinba Arms! This very unique figure has the ability to transform into Jinba Peach. Melon, Lemon, or Cherry Forms! Lemon is of course the one seen most regularly in show, but as we know now depending on which Energy Lock Seed Gaim uses for a Jinba form he gains an extra ability. Of course toys can’t utilize super powers, but this one is fun and looks very stylish while trying to!

We love us any and all Kamen Rider Gaim merchandise here at TokuNation.com. One of our favorite lines to collect has also been one of the hardest to grab at retail – the Arms Change series of figures and accessories from Bandai Japan. Our friend and site contributor baltmatrix FINALLY got his hands on a figure set he had been looking forward to for some time now – the Arms Change 09 Kurokage with Tulip Hopper set – and was kind enough to do a video review of the figure. What’s the worst part about this figure? Is the extra dough for the Tulip Hopper worth it?
