After a quick teaser, we now have our first images of SH Figuarts Kamen Rider Brain!

This unique new Rider is the LAST Kamen Rider of the Heisei Era, starring in a special Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club two-episode adventure.

The photos give us our best look yet at the Brain costume, which is recycled from a number of other Kamen Rider parts- including the SunGlassSlasher weapon previously seen in Kamen Rider Ghost.

Sadly, price & release details for Kamen Rider Brain have not been confirmed at time of writing. Stay tuned to TokuNation for all Kamen Rider Figuart news!

Joining the  previously posted Super Mini SSSS.Gridman Max Power Set, we have a second set of SSSS.Gridman model kit goodness from Bandai’s candy toy division: with the Super Minipla GridKnight and Initial Fighter Gridman!

As the name suggests, this set will contain both GridKnight and Gridman in his Initial Fighter colors along with a set of effect parts to go with both. The set will be released as a P-Bandai exclusive item released in September and for 5,400 yen before middleman fees and shipping.

ACCESS FLASH!

There’s definitely been no shortage of merchandise for Studio Trigger’s hit SSSS.Gridman anime lately, Bandai’s joining the mix with the recently revealed Super Minipla SSSS.Gridman Max Power set!

As the name suggests, the Super Minipla SSSS.Gridman Max Power Set will include Gridman Primal Fighter himself in addition to the Assist Weapons. The Assist Weapons will be able to combine into any of their various combinations.

Super Minipla SSSS.Gridman Max Power Set will be hitting retail in September, priced at 10,368 yen or your region’s equivalency.

RIDER TIME!

As you might recall, we got a nice teaser from Bandai announcing that a SODO set for the fan favorites Another Riders was coming down the pipeline, and we finally have our first look at these beauties thanks to some new photos that were recently released.

SODO Another1 will contain four Another Riders: Another Ex-Aid, Another Build, Another Faiz, and Another Gaim the set will release in July 2019.

With this being numbered as the first set, one can only hope that we’ll see the other Another Riders somewhere down the road.

WAKE UP!

With the long-awaited(and long memed) S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Kiva due out for release later this month,  the time to is ripe to release an accessory pack to accompany him, and where would a Kamen Rider be without his trusty bike?

In the latest round of scans, we have new release info for the S.H.Figuarts Machina Kivaa accessory pack: the set will retail for 8100 yen and will release in September 2019 as a Tamashii Web Shop limited item. Also included in this set is a chair and Bloody Rose accessories. Pre-Orders will be opening April 25th, 2019 to coincide with Kiva’s release so we’ll be sure to update you once the link is available.

KAIGAN!

If you’ve been keeping up with our S.I.C coverage as of late, you might be aware that awesome looking S.I.C Kamen Rider Fourze and S.I.C Kamen Rider Ghost figures were both part of a sculptor’s competition, along with a new Ryuki and Kuuga and it seems like reception’s been positive enough that Bandai will be moving ahead on production on at least two of them: S.I.C Fourze and  S.I.C Ghost.

According to the scans, both figures are slated to come out in September at mass retail with a price tag of 12960 yen or your region’s equivalent. In addition to Ghost and Fourze, a teaser image for S.I.C Kamen Rider Ghost Musashi Damashii was also attached to the scan though, at the moment, there’s nothing indicating on if it’ll come out at all.

BEST MATCH!

Kamen Rider Build maybe long over, but Tamashi Nations has quite the surprise for us with the rather unexpected announcement of S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Build Rabbit Rabbit.

S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Build Rabbit Rabbit appears to be a Tamashii Web Shop exclusive release, retailing for 6480 yen. The magazine scan gives no release date, but we’ll be sure to update you with this info once pre-orders are made available.

Toei has released a FULL TRAILER for the new special to be released on the Tokusatsu Fan Club streaming service- Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Brain!

In addition to Shota Matsushima taking the title role, a number of characters from Kamen Rider Drive will be returning:

*Tomoya Warabino returns in the role of Heart.
*Fumika Baba reprises the part of Medic.
*Chris Peppler will once again portray the character of Krim Steinbelt.

Drive alumni will be returning BEHIND the camera as well; the special will be written by series’ head writer Riku Sanjo while Kyohei Yamaguchi once again takes the directors’ chair.

This two-part special is currently scheduled to begin on April 28 2019– which means Kamen Rider Brain will be the LAST Kamen Rider introduced in the Heisei Era.

Last but CERTAINLY not least, it seems Kamen Rider Brain may be receiving an action figure in SH Figuarts! No official prototype has been shown yet but fan response to this special may improve Brain’s chance of release.

Yet another veteran Kamen Rider has been confirmed for an appearance in Kamen Rider Zi-O!

The next adventure for the King Of Time is to seek the power of the Oni Riders from the age of Kamen Rider Hibiki! To assist in this quest, actor Shingo Kawaguchi will reprise his role as the guitar-wielder Kamen Rider Todoroki! This will be Kawaguchi’s second time revisiting this role; he had previously portrayed the AR World version of Todoroki in Kamen Rider Decade.

Zi-O’s encounter with the Oni is currently scheduled to begin on April 28 2019! Feel free to join in our Ongoing Kamen Rider Zi-O Discussion Thread to share your thoughts and fears on this remarkable series!
