Captain Marvelous is about to join the Shinkocchou Seihou line up of S.H. Figuarts from Tamashii Nations.

We don’t have the exact specific details of what GokaiRed will release with, but we do have an idea thanks to some magazine scans.  He looks to come with his Mobirate (in two forms), an open and shut Ranger Key, the Gokai Saber and Gokai Gun.  This is a brand new figure using body scans of the suit actor, Hirofumi Fukuzawa, and features a ton of new and enhanced articulation capabilities.

This item is general release, with orders opening on February 9th 2023 (the evening of February 8th 2023 for fans importing in the US).  The price looks to be around 9350 yen with a June 2023 release.

Here’s to hoping the hips don’t disintegrate on this one!

Everyone’s favorite ninja is on their way – Kamen Rider Tycoon is coming to S.H. Figuarts!

Reservations via Premium Bandai Japan begin January 20th (Japan time) for a release in July 2023.  The figure is 8,250 yen (after tax in Japan) and will be available on Premium Bandai Japan.

The figure continues the ability of the other releases in the S.H. Figuarts line for Kamen Rider Geats, where Tycoon comes with parts to be able to re-create his “entry” form (requires the entry-form of Kamen Rider Geats, releasing separately) as well as combining other parts of the other released/releasing riders (Geats and Buffa) to create unique combinations shown (and not shown) in the show.

While there is currently no information on a US release, the official page of information for this release does state Japan, Asia, and US as intended sales areas for this item.  Previously, the Premium Bandai Japan release of Kamen Rider Buffa has been made available on Premium Bandai USA.  Stay tuned.

The Power Rangers team at Hasbro has recently announced a live stream on Tuesday, January 17th promising to showcase new products and pre-orders.  However, it seems the product they planned to announce has already reached the sales floor.  A fan in Singapore (@jayershan) has found and shared images of the upcoming Power Rangers Lightning Collection Dino Thunder Mesogog figure.

On top of that, @riders_heroes.grid on Instagram has shared some images out of package, including some comparisons with the Dino Thunder Power Rangers.

Mesogog will be announced at some point, or he won’t, but you’ll be able to buy him soon enough.

Thanks to @EuSouRalf on Twitter, we have our first look at some upcoming and still unannounced Power Rangers Lightning Collection figures.  Check out our first look at:

  • SPD Yellow Ranger
  • Tenga Warrior 2 Pack
  • Invisible Phantom Ranger

There is no release information available for these figures yet, but there is speculation that they could be announced near or around January 14th.  Stay tuned for more information.

Quite possibly the greatest release of Ninja Sentai Kakuranger’s Ninajman – or “Ninjor” from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – is on it’s way!  The Bandai Candy Blog has revealed the upcoming release of Ninjaman – part of their Shokugan Modeling Project or SMP line – via Premium Bandai!  This is different from the Shodo line released earlier as it is taller with more functionality.  Also, it’s a model kit you build, so there’s that little part too.

Check out over 30 official and design images in this story!  The SMP Ninjaman can also interact with your previous SMP Kakuranger releases, as shown in the pictures.

Pre-orders for this item (and pricing) have not yet been revealed at the time of posting.  Pre-orders begin December 20th Japan time.

Today, Premium Bandai Japan announced an ID Core set for Kamen Rider Geats, featuring some of the smaller-shown Kamen Rider characters who may or may not have been eliminated or retired from the Desire Grand Prix.

The ID Cores are cosmetic items that are inserted in to the DX Desire Driver and indicate which Kamen Rider you are.  Aside from cosmetics, they do not change any of the sound effects or colors in the driver.

This set will also see a US release through your usual online toy stores.
