Today TokuNation is happy to present a special Gallery 2.0 of a figure released nearly 2 years ago, S.H. Figuarts Gokai Christmas! A limited Toei-Hero.Net exclusive of a one-off form used by Gokai Silver/Gai Ikari in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger episode 44. A union of the Red & Green Gokaiger Ranger Keys, this form was Gai’s way of joining in the holiday festivities. We posted up a gallery of this bad boy all the way back in January 2013, but now we can finally give this fantastic figure the time & love it deserves with this full fledged gallery!

Though we’re sharing this gallery to celebrate the Christmas holiday, we know that many of our friends family members & staff also celebrate entirely different holidays all around the world. We’d like to take this moment to not only wish the community a Merry Christmas but also Happy Holidays! No matter what you may celebrate TokuNation is happy to have you here and we’re thrilled to continue yet another successful year with you.

Thanks to some sneaky photographers we’ve been given the gift of our first behind the scenes look at Shuriken Sentai Ninninger! 

Though we’ve only seen one image so far, it reveals a cityscape we should all be familiar with as well as the show suit for this years robo, Shurikenjin! It’s not much to go off of right now but undoubtedbly fans should be excited and ready for the ninjas of the new year to arrive!

It’s time that TokuNation and I personally finally wrap up a segment we started over a year ago. Back in July 2013 we had an extensive look at the entire DX mecha line of Engine Sentai Go-Onger, save one very rare release. But today I finally have it, and we can finally share it with you. The DX Police Deco Gunbir-Oh Gallery!

This rare Toy Dreams Project exclusive release takes the original DX Gunbir-Oh and slaps some gorgeous police themed paint apps on the set. Birca, Gunpherd, & Carrygator have never looked better than they do here. From their Engine Souls to their fully combined form, this set just works. Never mind the alligator car or fish arm, this thing looks glorious in Police themed colors. And don’t forget it can still form it’s own versions of the Engine Oh G6, G9, & G12 as well! It runs a bit pricey these days but this is definitely a set for the ultimate Go-Onger collector.

Another image from the upcoming crossover film Ressha Sentai ToQGer VS Kyoryuger: THE MOVIE has been posted online.

This scan confirms that all 10 Kyoryugers will indeed appear in the crossover! In addition, the upcoming Super Sentai team Shuriken Sentai Ninninger will make their first on-screen appearance in this special!

Finally, this magazine scan highlights the return of the Kyoryuger Ressha– part of a special transformation unlocked during the Hesei VS Showa Featuring Super Sentai Movie War released earlier this year.

ToQGer VS Kyoryuger is set for release on January 17, 2015! Stay tuned to TokuNation as we keep you up to date on this brave imagination experience!

A few new magazine scans for the upcoming 39th Super Sentai Series have been found online!

This time we get a quick look at the Nin Shurikens– the special weapons that can unlock the Ninninger’s true power!

In addition the scans reveal each Ninningers’ basic catchphrase:

*AkaNinger:  Storming applause! Firey Ninja.

*AoNinger: Thundering cloud! Cool Ninja.

*KiNinger: Sparkling lull! Agile Ninja.

*ShiroNinger: Petal flurry! Energetic Ninja. In addition the scans confirm ShiroNinger is AkaNinger’s younger sister.

*MomoNinger: Shimmering haze! Intelligent Ninja.

Last but not least these new scans have given us our first look at the suit design for ShuriKenJin!

Along with magazine scans for Ninninger we’ve also just become aware of some huge Ressha Sentai ToQger images and news as well. A pair of scans have surfaced showcasing two new forms yet to be seen in the series:

  • ToQ 1 Dark! A dark form obtained by Right! This sparkling black suit appears to be made of a more vinyl like material as opposed to the lycra of the standard ToQger suits.
  • Hyper ToQ 6! It looks like Akira will finally have his turn at the team power up! Though the circumstances of how and why are yet to be revealed.

We’ll update you as more information related to these scans becomes available!

We all eagerly awaited the initial toy images and after our long wait for those full reveals, the first round of magazine scans for Shuriken Sentai Ninninger are out!

Though these images are taken rather close-up from a strange angle or two they give us a great look at some items and design elements of the Ninninger costumes:

-Shinobi Ichibangatana

The Lexington Comic & Toy Con has been quickly gaining steam the last few years as one of the biggest and best east coast conventions for Power Rangers fans and actors. Well this year the show’s growing once again with a recent announcement of four brand new guests!

Yuta Mochizuki – Geki/Tyranno Ranger from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger! This is notable as only the second US convention appearance that Yuta has made. The first having only been a few months ago at Power Morphicon!

Rekio Chiba – Mei/Ptera Ranger from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger! The first EVER appearance by Ms Chiba at a US convention! If you know her at all then you know that Reiko Chiba has been incredibly active on Twitter (@CHIBAREI_DURGA) for a long time and interacts with fans regularly. In fact she had cryptically tweeted about this upcoming appearance a few weeks ago but saved the official reveal for the LCTC facebook page.

Bin Furuya – A veteran of several Toho film productions for many years, a suit actor on the original Ultra Q series and subsequently the suit actor of the Original Ultraman! Mr Furuya is a veteran of the highest order in the Tokusatsu world.

And last but not least, Paul Freeman – Ivan Ooze in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie! Of course Mr Freeman is an actor with an incredibly lengthy resume of credits, but we know him best for his deliciously crazy portrayal of Ivan ooze.
