Just over 2 weeks ago the Tamashii Nations 2014 event was held in Japan. As is always the case the event held a number of spectacular reveals for Tokusatsu and non-toku fans alike. Even after the event ended the Tamashii Features twitter account was still sending out official hi-res images for each of the items on display, in some cases giving us our first official looks at items under photo bans. Well today brings us an AVALANCHE of new images running down the list of the tokusatsu items on display that were under such bans!

A handful of new images from the upcoming Kamen Rider Drive X Kamen Rider Gaim Movie War FULL THROTTLE have been posted online.

These images are from the Gaim portion of the Movie War, highlighting several key events-

*Kouta’s return to Earth and battle against the strange new creature Megahex

*The reunion of the Kureshima brothers

*Professor Ryoma’s final experiment- DragonFruit Arms!

Following up on an excellent Zangetsu Shin Gallery by our fearless leader Kickback, it’s time for another dose of fruit rider action! Next up is S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Gaim Jimber Arms!

Kamen Rider Gaim’s first true upgraded form, Jimber Arms is a unique beast. Incorporating Gaim’s standard orange Lock Seed and an additional Energy Lock of choice gives him access to abilities in 4 unique forms. Jimber Lemon is the standard and the most often seen version of this power up. The Figuart actually includes all the alternate locks and breast plates you need to display him in Jimber Peach, Jimber Cherry, and even the never seen in show Jimber Melon! Also included are several pairs of hands and two versions of this forms trademark weapon (the weapon of choice for the Energy Riders as well) the Sonic Arrow! 

Needless to say but Kamen Rider Gaim Jimber Arms is a welcome addition to a growing collection of excellent figures. As is usual with these larger Tamashii events there’s a photo ban in place on a select group of items at Tamashii Nations 2014. For whatever reasons there’s always a selection of figures at these thing you just can’t take pictures of. Generally they’re off in their own areas of the show but eventually someone sneaks camera shots of what’s in there. For now at least there are no pictures or at least no decent ones of quite a few more things than we realized.

Before the show began Bandai aired a 30 minute livestream video in which a slideshow contained images of the Gaim & Drive displays. But thus far that’s all we had to go on. The list below confirms much of what could be made out in those images and includes several more we were unaware of. Here’s the full rundown of what IS at the show but can’t be photographed:

That so far is all the yet to be pictured items that we know are physically at the show. That’s quite a lot of stuff. Frankly the grainy images we have seen show that the Gaim & Drive displays are huge and full of figures, really great set pieces. It would seem silly for the photo ban on those sets up to last through out the show. And the two additional Metal Heroes would be welcome among the numerous other fresh reveals yesterday. We’ll keep you posted if images for anything on this list turn up from the event.

Revealed over the weekend today brings us some new in depth scans of Kamen Rider Drive’s upcoming second form, Type Wild!

A primarily black form, Type Wild swaps the the Tire Koukan gimmick out to it’s right shoulder. 3 new Tires will also be introduced along with Wild; Wrecking Hooker, Mad Doctor, & Rumble Dump! These new scans give us a taste of what each new tire looks like and a better look at the slick black police deco that Type Wild sports.

A handful of additional movie scans from the Gaim X Drive Movie War Full Throttle are also included showing off Kamen Riders Lupin, and Proto-Drive.

Some new information has surfaced online & given us more insight about the enemies of Kamen Rider Drive X Kamen Rider Gaim Movie War FULL THROTTLE!

The first villain was seen earlier this week- Kamen Rider Lupin! He is described as a world-class thief out to steal the name Kamen Rider.

A second enemy creature was revealed through recent scans- an artificial lifeform known as Megahex. This monster is seen fighting off Gaim in Kiwami Arms. The accompanying text confirms this monster will attack the alien planet last seen in Kamen Rider Gaim & force Kouta to return to Earth. Megahex is also the source of our third and final “new” villain. Most surprising (and the largest spoiler to date; which we will keep hidden out of respect for other fans who wish to go in cold)

Professor Ryoma Sengoku has returned! Armed with a repaired Driver and the new E.L.S. HEX Energy LockSeed, he transforms into Kamen Rider Duke- DragonFruit Arms!

It’s TokuNation’s Stage now! We’re back with another in our long running series of Kamen Rider Gaim Galleries! Today we’re examining the one and only S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms!

Kachidoki Arms is of course Kamen Rider Gaim’s 2nd upgraded form after Jinba Arms. This tank, for lack of a better description, was an absolute powerhouse in the TV series and in figure form it’s presence is imposing. Decked out head to toe with incredible finely sculpted features and exquisitely painted details this figure is a masterpiece. Not only that but includes almost every accessory you could need for it, like the DJ Gun & DJ Gun Taiken Mode as well as the Kachidoki Batta flag-like weapons. S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms is sure to be held up as one of the best SHF releases this year. Carrying on the excellent tradition begun by Gaim Oranger Arms, Kachidoki does not disappoint.

Even after the end of Kamen Rider Gaim, Premium Bandai continues to pump out a fresh batch of everyone’s favrioute fruity Lock Seeds!

Just announced is the  SG Armored Rider Lock Seed set exclusive to Premium Bandai. The set contains four Rider Lock Seeds representing the main characters from the show: Gaim, Ryugen, Baron, and last but not least: Zangetsu.

Each Lock Seed features a unique design both inside and out. Pre orders beginning October 2nd 2014 and shipping out in March 2015. The Armored Rider Lock Seed set retails for 3,240 yen before middleman fees and shipping.
