In the next few weeks, the MCM London Comic Con will be in full effect, and Bandai UK has continued their tradition of revealing and selling Legacy items early! Available before it’s release at this year’s MCM Comic Con, convention attendees can purchase the upcoming Legacy Communicator from the Bandai UK booth.

In their advertisement we get our first look at the packaging for the item – a more upright box with all five Mighty Morphin Power Rangers shown, with the Legacy Communicator right in the middle. Pretty sharp looking!

Time to start toy hunting! The new Legacy Movie Morphers, inspired by the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Movie, have shown up at Barnes & Noble of all places. This would lead one to believe that these are obviously not Toys’R’Us exclusives first as the previous releases have been.

Another month has come & gone and so we have a number of toy galleries and in depth reviews by our Photo & Content staff to round-up once again! Though all the products we reviewed this past month were released in the last 3 or 4 years, the content they covered spanned decades. A selection of Ranger Keys took us down the path of Metal Heroes from 1982 all the way to 2012, the Legacy line gave us a one-two punch throwback to 1994 & 1995, and we caught up with some much needed gallery 2.0’s a recent and often overlooked sentai.

Here’s some Power Rangers Movie news for you! According to the Hollywood Reporter, David Denman (best known for his role in 13 Hours the Benghazi war drama) is set to join the cast as the father to the character Jason Scott, which is played by Dacre Montgomery. His character’s official name is Sam Scott.

As always, there’s a chance (a pretty good one actually) that the numbers of covers will increase. The time has come for fans of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – the official first issue (although Issue #0 was pretty much a FIRST issue … this is just another issue that happens to have the #1 attached to it) of the brand new comic by BOOM! Studios is here! Featuring what can only be called a near-record-setting line up of variant covers (27 total covers, we counted), the first issue hits stands after the enormous success of Issue #0 which launched back in January.
