S.H.Figuarts Tyranno Ranger Pictorial Review

Posted on July 16, 2013 at 11:48 pm by Kiryu under Power Rangers, Super Sentai

Courtesy of toy reviewer Gamu, we have a plethora of in hand images of the highly awaited S.H.Figuarts Tyrano Ranger figure! Of course, known to the western audiences as the Mighty Moprhin Red Ranger.

Tyranno Ranger includes his signature Legendary Weapon the Ryugekiken, in addition to the Thunder Slinger, the Ranger Gun in both Gun and blade modes, the combined Ranger Slinger weapon, and a wide selection of swappable hands. An added bonus for the Japanese version of this figure includes parts to make Tyranno Ranger part of the Powerful Rangers from Season 2 of Akibaranger, which will sadly be omitted from the Bluefin release due to licensing issues.

Make the jump to see some of Gamu’s photos, or click here to see the full gallery.

Steve Cardenas Rejects Offer to Appear in Super Megaforce

Posted on May 3, 2013 at 1:36 am by Chris under Power Rangers

Sad news for those hoping to see the return of Rocky, who played the second Red Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Zeo.

On his personal Facebook, Steve Cardenas posted the following:

The offer was too low and there’s not a lot of character development. Just basically going to be in the background as an extra. I would’ve loved to do it but I could possibly take that amount of time away from my business for that little amount of money. I’m sorry but I believe that it’s them that’s letting the fans down because they want to get away with paying too little. I hope you understand.

The message was posted here.

What do you guys think? Is Steve Cardenas in the right for rejecting to appear for a cameo appearance? Or is he letting the fans down by wanting more money than Saban Brands was willing to offer? Let us know!

Thanks to raz for the heads up!

Rumor – Austin St. John to Appear in Power Rangers Super Megaforce?

Posted on April 26, 2013 at 1:07 am by Chris under Power Rangers

Let’s keep the rumor-train rolling!

Recently, our good friends at RangerCrew.com posted on their Facebook account that the casting department for Power Rangers was looking for Austin St. John, or as his real name is, Jason Geiger. Is this because they want him to reprise the role of Jason Scott, the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger and Zeo Gold Ranger?

Can you even HAVE an anniversary celebration season without the original Red Ranger? What do you guys think? Share your thoughts and, if you have any intimiate details of his location, let our friends at RangerCrew.com know so they can pass word along!

GO GO POWER RANGERS!
