Posted on October 11, 2018 at 11:57 am by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

RIDER TIME!

Rejoice! For our lord Kamen Rider Zi-O has gained the power of three Kamen Riders: Kamen Rider Zi-O Hibiki, Den-O & Kabuto Armor Times are here.

Ahead of their respective DX Ride Watch releases which collectors in Japan have already managed to get their hands on. Our first look at these spiffy new armors comes from the very packages themselves which showcases what these armors should look like if and when Kamen Rider Zi-O decides to use them. These photos come courtesy of Japanese Twitter user @ultraridXXR.

Do note that these forms will be appearing in the Ganbarising arcade games there may be a possibility of these being used in a movie somewhere down the line but nothing official has been announced as of this writing. These may be considered spoilers, so be sure to make the jump at your own risk!

S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Mad Rogue Revealed

Posted on September 21, 2018 at 9:21 am by ZeoRangerV under Kamen Rider

“Evol Match! Bat! Engine!”

Bandai Tamashii Nations’ Akiba Showroom has updated its display with a first look at S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Mad Rogue! The Evol Driver powered form of Nariaki Utsumi currently has no price or release details to report, however given the pattern of releases so far it seems that a Tamashii web exclusive release seems most likely. However from the display we can see that Mad Rogue will include both the Steam Blade and NebulaSteam Gun as accessories.

Check out the full-sized image after the jump and let us know if S.H. Figuarts Kamen Rider Mad Rogue will be joining your collection!

Tamashii Nations’ steady stream of Ultraman S.H. Figuarts releases continues on into 2019 with the announcement of S.H. Figuarts Ultraman Zero! Not to be confused with the S.H. Figuarts Ultraman Zero Beyond figure due out in November, this standard version of the dimension-hopping son of Ultraseven is due out in February 2019 with a price tag of 5940 yen. It also looks as though the figure will be a standard retail release, though this is yet to be confirmed.

Will you be adding S.H. Figuarts Ultraman Zero to your collection? Check out the full selection of images and sound off after the jump!

The 20 Rider Kicks banner is been Bandai’s way of celebrating all things Kamen Rider, and where would a Kamen Rider be without a trusty transformation belt?

Revealed in toy catalog scans via J-Hero.com are the 20 Rider Kicks DX Kamen Rider Belt reissues each one slated for release in October. In the first batch of these reissues we have the DX Deca Driver, and W Driver, both appear to be rebrands of the Super Best versions.

First Look at Rider Kicks Figures Build Armour Time Figure

Posted on August 24, 2018 at 3:27 pm by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

The start of Kamen Rider Zi-O is right around the corner, and the new Rider Kicks Figure has many collectors excited. Thanks to some magazine scans, we have our first look at the Rider Kicks Figure Build Armor Time.

On its own, the RKS Armor Time Build doesn’t look like he has much going for it aside from some very limited elbow and knee joints. Other than that,  it appears to be a hollow shell that you then attach to either Kamen Rider Zi-O or Geiz akin to the Level 1 forms from Ex-Aid’s gimmick line.

None the less, you can look forward to seeing this dropping in September, retailing for 1944 yen.

S.H.Figuarts 20 Kamen Rider Kicks Version Reissues Announced

Posted on August 22, 2018 at 12:03 pm by Kiryu under Kamen Rider

As you might recall, Tamashii Nations announced the S.H.Figuarts Heisei Riders Rising Project to coincide with the launch of Kamen Rider Zi-O and the end of the Heisei Era. Many are eager to see what will come of this announcement, and our first one comes in the form of the S.H.Figuarts 20 Kamen Rider Kicks reissues of older S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider figures.

What sets these Figuarts apart from their first releases is the fact that they’ll include special Tamashii Act stage stands: these stands include parts that will mimic one of Kamen Rider Zi-O’s Ride Watches in appearances and of course they’ll be themed after each corresponding Rider.

Each of these Figuarts will cost 5400 yen a piece, going in order, our first batch of releases will include Kamen Riders Build, Faiz, Gaim, Ex-Aid Blade, Den-O, Drive, and Ryuki with Drive and Den-O coming out January 2019.

This will be an excellent opportunity for those that may have missed out on these figures the first time around, or for those new to the fandom looking to dive head first into the fan favorite S.H.Figuarts line.

S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Orb Dark Teaser

Posted on August 1, 2018 at 12:20 am by Kiryu under Ultraman

Well, Bandai is certainly wasting no time with these S.H.Figuarts Ultraman R/B releases. Earlier, Bandai announced that we weren’t getting just one, or two S.H.Figuarts Ultraman R/B figures but FOUR with the announcement of Rosso Fire, Rosso Wind, along with Blu Water and Blue Ground. and tie it all together: we have a tease banner showing out first look at S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Orb Dark!

S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Orb Dark appears to have been added to the Tamashii Nations batch of exclusives, so, for now, we don’t really know if Bandai plans on releasing this one outside of events. Either way, S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Orb Dark will cost about 5,980 yen.

As always,  be sure to stay tuned to Tokunation and we’ll bring you more updated info on this piece as it becomes available.
